Great location and expanded centre. There is lots of extra Room and different sections and representatives for all of the services you need help with. They do have computers for permit testing, and They also have the drivers license road test available at this location, with alternative means to test because of covid-19. So do not worry about having to have a stranger in the car while covid is going on. The licensed driver over 21, you bring with you will stay in the front passenger seat. While you test in the parking lot, and the examiner will watch.

The black dude there basically gave me a nasty attitude. Same with the other old woman that works there. Definitely will not be back. I am out.

Went there to renew my driver license which expired 3 weeks ago and to get real id. I brought my passport, social security card, expired driver license, car insurance information and allegheny gun license which will expire at the end of March based on Alleghany County extension due to covid19. It was not good enough for real id. So I just got the driver license renewed. I left quite upset because I drove a good distance to get the real id. When I was almost at home it dawned on me that now that I had a renewed driver license I could have gotten the real id, even though would have to pay extra $30.50 on top of $30, so total of $91. They could have suggested it, but did not.

Went to renew my drivers license/get a real ID on my lunch break. Very efficient. I was in and out in 16 minutes. Covid precautions are being taken. Everyone I saw was properly wearing a mask and chairs in the waiting area are spread out for social distancing.

The guy who helped me was extremely rude, he treated me like i was dumb and talked down to me. They didn’t even give the option for me to get a new photo, so my Read ID has my photo from 2017 that looks completely different than i do now.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I changed my name, address and, renewed my license. I shockingly got in and out of there very quickly.

October 6,2018 - Closed due to the holiday. Don't go. Hubby found out the hard way!

I think the Worst DMV service in the USA. Not friendly at all. They are not ready to listen anyone. They are not professional and they are not even don't know there duties properly. 100% not suggestible to this center.

The best DOT ever! Every officer I met here for my license is super efficient and friendly! Great team!

Being a civil servant isn't the most glamorous job, because most of the time ppl are ignorant to the inner workings involved and just rude. I have been to this location several times and I found it to be one of the best DMVs because the workers are knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Probably one of the worst experiences of my life. The one old lady was so rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people

Parallel parking slot is bit cross, I mean it’s not parallel to the road so there are quite many chances to fail the test.
Tip: practice before the test in that slot.

Driver license renewal in less than 20 minutes. Very courteous staff, prompt and supportive. Highly recommend this DMV location.

Very fast and professional. I came in with a camera card and was out the door in 30 minutes from the time I took a number to leaving with a new license. It is the cleanest and the smoothest experience I've had.

Don’t go here. The driving instructor is totally unprofessional & bitchy. She didn’t try to make you comfortable at all and wasn’t clear with instructions what so ever. Save your time and go to Washington!

Went here on a VERY busy Saturday afternoon. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, handed a ticket, and told exactly where I needed to go. The man who took my license picture was very friendly and moved quickly. The building is also extremely clean and well organized. Estimated wait time was 40 minutes; I was out in 20. I'm in total shock that a PennDOT facility would operate so efficiently.

My husband and Son went here today for his drivers permit test and had the best experience. The line on a Saturday at 830 was long but fast. The people there were very friendly and informative. The young ladies working were exceedingly helpful. We live in Beaver County and our Dmv has some of the rudest, unfriendly, and slow reps so it is worth a 45 minute drive for a totally different experience. We will be back for sure. Thank you!

I stopped in around 11AM on 5/1/18 to get a new license, since mine was stolen, I accidentally pressed the wrong button to be sorted, but the gentleman who called my number was so kind to me. I was there for less than ten minutes and I left feeling so much better about the whole situation. Thank you to the gentleman working the testing line today, your kindness meant the world to me.

I had an older man named bob for my examiner and he was very disrespectful. He slammed my door shut, grunted at me when I tried to talk to him, barely even looked up at the road, got smart with me when I was parking in the parking lot he said “park sometime today “ bc I was taking to long. And he failed me without any explanation.

Staff r rude seems like they have to go n get some more education again n don’t know how to treat people!
