Pennsylvania Department of Transportation - Photo License Center, Hecktown

I went in to have my picture taken for my drivers license and surprisingly was in and out in less than 5 minutes. AMAZING! The ladies there were very nice and helpful as well.

Went in with my 3 year old on my only day off and my son started to cry immediately. As I’m trying to multitask by figuring out what made him cry and see where I need to be, the attendant ask “what are you here for? ” I saw give me a moment, obviously because there’s a toddler crying and trying to get my attention. He says “do you have a photo card. ” Again, I say give me a moment, I’m trying to figure out what I'm doing. Just terrible service.

Although it was a Saturday there were only about five of us waiting at the door! The lady, whom I cannot remember her name, was very sweet and funny too. She was very professional and is very good at her job!

They're very polite & efficient. I had a CDL liscense restriction due to a filing error on my employers part & no idea how to fix it. They couldn't actually rectify the issue there, but they helped me figure out what the cause was, what I needed to do to fix it, where I needed to go, and what paperwork I needed to take with me. Excellent service!

This is just a photo taking place and yurconic insurance office not a full size dmv office so most of these reviews are for the wrong place it is a quick place that's not to crowded to get photo card done

Great fast public service with good customer service.
Here, you don't pass too much time to do what you need about dmv service. Parking is also available

I have been here twice in the past four years to get my drivers license photo and I have never had the first problem. The ladies at the counter are very sweet and helpful. I was probably there for no longer than 10 or 15 minutes. Would recommend!

There’s no way I’m showing up in this place after reading all the reviews, there’s no point lol thank you guys for the heads up.

Quick service I was in and out, no issues. The blonde woman representative was very helpful, friendly and pleasant she addressed all my questions and was enjoyable to speak to. I would definitely go here again.

Cannot do an out of state transfer at this location. Very small location w/about 2-3 employees. I left the other Penndot to come here. There was a brief wait while two employees (one of whom was leaving at 2pm) tried to figure out what was wrong w/the computer software w/5 drivers waiting.once that was over things "seemed" to move pretty fast.but then again after I was called I was directed back to Penndot in Easton

My 27 minutes wait time turned into 5 hours and the workers take their good old time sipping coffee and chating.
