The staff was the best, very professional, understanding, made you feel very comfortable, explaining everything, so glad I came to this office

Highly professional location. I have been told multiple time i would get a call back. Only to not be contacted. I have tried calling only to be stoned walled.

Infuriating. You just wasted two months of my time. You canceled twice on me via text for "family" emergencies, the latest being forecasted 6 days ahead and that just so happened to be on July 5. I'd expect a much better scheduling process.

I had a consultation here and before i was even seen I should have left the receptionist was very rude when i entered the establishment saying without an hello that they were on lunch and proceeded to close the blinds to the window (rude) I did show up early however that is not the way to greet a patient, after having the consultation I realized I didn’t even get to meet the surgeon so i will be canceling the surgery appointment as i do not feel comfortable being a patient with this business.

Like other reviewers, I experienced a rude and impatient receptionist on the telephone. She was borderline hostile, and for that reason I will not be pursuing treatment from this center.

Everyone was super friendly when i came to get my wisdom teeth removed.with the exception of larry, who gave a few passive aggressive remarks, it was a good experience.

Few people love seeing the dentist and this place makes it so much easier! I’ve been here for two separate extractions. The entire staff here is great. Dr. Ilacqua recently extracted a tooth for me and I’ve never meet a more professional, communicative, and proactive dentist/dental surgeon in my life. He set me up for easy recovery as well being I was last appointment on a Friday if I were to run into an issue over the weekend. I was so impressed by the staff here. Dr. Ilacqua should teach dental students to follow suit. I highly recommend this location.
