Pennsylvania Recovery Center, Phoenixville PA

The place on its own is good. As long as you follow the steps they outline, you will stay sober. My only issue with the place is Gage the therapist. My first day there he called me "slow" in our one on one session. Instantly putting a sour taste about him, I soon came to realize that Gage was not liked by the majority of residents and I was unfortunate enough to have him as my therapist. Being one of the few employees who is not a recovering addict, his demeanor towards those who are recovering is dismissive and ignorant. If you choose to go through this program and get literally any other therapist, they're great people.

I have been sober now for over a year thanks to the dedicated and professional staff at PRC.

I am so grateful for the PA Recovery Center. They truly saved my life. Through their group and individual sessions, I received all the tools I need to stay sober. Their administration team is phenomenal and a huge shout out to Gage. I would recommend the PARC to anyone who is seeking addiction treatment.

PARC saved my life. I was extremely nervous about starting the PHP program and living in a recovery house but everyone was so welcoming. From my first phone call with Brandt who helped me find a place to detox, to getting picked up from rehab by Shawn to celebrating 14 months while living in Recovery Housing. I could never appropriately put into words how much this program and these people have helped me. No judgments, no negativity, just the support, tools and freedom to work on my recovery.
I will always have a special place in my heart for this program.

I owe PRC everything and then some. After many attempts and fails at trying to get clean and sober at numerous treatment facilities, this is the place where everything finally clicked. The staff and therapists truly care for each and every client. The exposure here to the 12 steps was what got me on track to be spiritually sound. I would recommend this facility to anyone searching for a new way of life.

5 stars is not fair for this place. I wish I could give them all the stars. The staff here at PARC saved my life. I have never had a group of people care about me so much, even when I thought I lost all the people that did from my relapse. They consistently checked on me, and made sure I was OK. I got tools from their groups that allowed me to tell on myself before I let my disease win. And it worked.they did not give up on me until they knew I was being picked up for treatment. Who does that? Oh, people that know what it's like to struggle. And they told me I wasn't alone, when that's how dark I felt. I could sit here and throw names out for the ones who helped, but I would be giving you THE ENTIRE STAFF. If your done fighting yourself, and it's time to change, please, there is nowhere else I could EVER recommend for treatment. I will always have a special spot in my heart for PARC.they gave me a chance to give my son the father he deserves, and my wife the husband she deserves. I truly love you all.with my whole heart.
