Pennsylvania State Police - Newport

I was on my way to work and here I got pulled over because the officer said my license plate bulbs were out when they never were and got a 154$ fine i was going the speed limit maybe 5 miles below it. Don't these cops have anything better to do and on my fine all the information was wrong about the car and they didn't put the reason why they pulled me on my fine and cost me to lose my job thanks alot

My mother and I we’re driving doing the speed limit at night when a cop then do the U-turn sped up to get to us while we doing a little below the limit and while this jackass was 10 feet away from us blinding us with his lights he then turned them all off like his car was black to scare my mom then we pulled into a gas station he only used his Signal maybe 10 feet before the turn then when he seen it was my mom he left smart man and yes it’s very unsafe to be blinding people at night
