Truly the worst customer service experience I have been given in my 21 years of living. Don’t listen to anything these people tell you. It’s been nearly 3 weeks and my loans still haven’t been disbursed.

Some of the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Do not ask questions or they will just belittle you for not knowing the answer. You are better off sticking your head in the dirt. I’m wondering if they only hire miserable people that get off on ruining other peoples days. Do not ever reach out to them.

Commenting on behalf of family member. I’m not sure on why it’s so hard for these people to just make sure your aid is fine. They will send you all over the place, then blame each other, while you’re a***d out of aid. Then you’ll call back after a weekend and they’ll still be clueless as if the process doesn’t take days to get to you & the bursars once it’s finally recognized. If you are having trouble with them, get ready to triple down on your stance and speak to someone above their head. More than likely they aren’t doing their job than it is you (assuming you’re already eligible for the aid) They’re not necessarily bad people I guess, just seemingly inept.

Update: Only edited to correct spelling mistakes.

Extremely robotic and unhelpful. Computer systems and idiots determine your financial future. I may be homeless because they keep putting holds on my financial aid based on information that the IRS says is blatantly false. Of course, they're not available most of the time due to short hours of operation.
