Phone is always busy. I am a small business owner and just received a UC claim that says I need to respond within 4 business days. I received it 2 weeks after it was sent. The claim is fraudulent. Made by someone who falsely claims to have worked for me for about 3 years prior to COVID. Obviously someone trying to take advantage of easy UC money. If this place answered their phone I might be able to sort it out quickly. Instead, I have to mail back a form, cross my fingers and hope the bureaucracy works.

Are you kidding me. I called because I received a check in the mail and I did not file for unemployment. Want to report probably someone using my account to file. Fraud!
You dial the number and it is a fax. I pay taxes for this?

No chance of getting a hold of them, and they have paid my wife for 2 month.she is eligible to collect pandemic assistant.

They never answer there phone we have been trying for months to reach them and nothing what a waisted amount of money and time for a place that never answer a call EVER! It's so frustrating I can't get anything done

My wife applied back on 2/7/21, that's 3 months ago and as of today has not yet received any payments. I cannot get through by phone and emails are useless. Last email stated sending over to Erie office for assistance.
Since then my wife has been hospitalized since 3/17 and these folks do not seem to care. Maybe they should hire more folks remotely to answer inquiries from the high number of calls they receive daily.

Cant get a hold of anyone. It's been 3 weeks of me calling almost non stop thier main phone number and all I get is a busy signal. I've called 103 times today and it's only 2: 04pm. I'm about to get my electric turned off because my account has been "locked"? I'm not getting any money and I cant file for any of my past weeks. Please for the love of God pick up the phone!

Have tried calling days after days after days for over 6 months. The phone is always busy. They never answer. The ONLY way I got ANY communication to them is by contacting a state congressman. The PA administration is weirdly just collecting money for unemployment and also accepting federal funding for the pandemic.and then NOT disbursing it. The system is weird and my "file" keeps getting changed or something. Always a mystery if I can file my weekly claim or not. No clue what is going on. And the PA UC just doesn't care that they are not doing their job and ruining people's lives. Absolutely no accountability.

I lost my job and I am still waiting to receive my unemployment. I have been calling non-stop with no results. Nice to know you care.

The worst experience I've ever had in my life! I was on the front lines worked during the beginning of the pandemic when my company was closed. As a result, I lost my job and health care and am at the liberty of the department of labor waiting for some sort of assistance so I don't end up homeless. This is the first time I've ever been without a job. I've called hundreds of times and emailed them several time but still haven't received any help. #waisted tax dollars.

Phone number on web sight is a fax line. I retired and closed our family business with my wife and I the only two employees. I received a form from Erie UC that my wife filed for unemployment benefits. What a joke since the business was run out of our house.

Pennsylvania unemployment should be ashamed for the service that we receive, I filled 3 months ago and file my bi weeky claim per instructions. I have yet to receive a payment, or a reply to my emails, or a call back because the phone number has a busy signal constantly. Ridiculous behavior from a government organization.

I had to open a new claim in June.in July after still not being able to get biweekly s to go through, called the # over 400 times, was told an examiner was in my case. Now the end of August claims still haven t gone through and have heard nothing! Update.november.still have heard nothing (have spoken to unemployment office in July and sep) will call again.

Can not contact anyone, I've been trying to figure out my claim status for over a month and the office is closed no one is answering the phone or replying to emails. This is completely ridiculous.

My uc claim is from 3-8-20 and still haven't received anything yet! I'm a single father of 3 minors children's. That we currently homeless and not food

At what point does this become ludicrous? Over 700 phone call attempts to a busy signal, no online chat availability and the Erie office contact is a fax machine. I understand that this is a busier than usual time but some adjustment should be made.

My rating is a ZERO. I've been trying to find out what is going on with my unemployment compensation for 2 months. Called 400 times in the last 2 day. Rang through on 15 calls. Rings 21 times ans disconnects. Online chat doesn't work. It connects, tells you they are too bust and disconnects. The might answer an email in 2 to 4 weeks.
