Pennsylvania Welcome Center, Great Bend PA

Just so so. The building is nice but the grounds look like they could use maintenance. Unlike the NY welcome center to the north, this location does not have an EV charging station. (NY does have a charging station.)

Clean bathrooms. Urinals aren't touchless. Sinks are touchless. Hand driers are not touchless. You don't have to open any doors. Entrance doors are automatic. Plenty of grass for a pit stop with the pet dog.

Really nice welcome center with clean bathrooms, LOTS of pamphlets for travel destination ideas. Vending machines for snacks and beverages

It was as needed & clean not crowded. We stopped for a couple hour nap & potty.
All was good

Clean bathrooms but no services beyond tourism info and toilets. The Lions Club was selling coffee and hot dogs for donations when I stopped but don't count on that being there all the time.

We stopped at the Pennsylvania welcome center on Saturday August 1st 2020. Was relieved to see that the entire building was open, including the bathrooms on either side of the complex. Seemingly effective fans they may have even been air filters. Big signs on the entrance stated that masks were required by everyone entering the building. So, our family is very happy to stop here during his pandemic and encourage all who have similar concerns covid 19 to use this place.

It’s alright. Good spot to stop and use the can. Lots of pa info. Could use a store for food options rather than the vending machines. Pretty clean overall.

Clean bathrooms and relatively empty on Saturday afternoon. Easy on easy off. Limited food and beverage options.

Clean rest stop with plenty of space and vending, lots of literature and someone at the desk staff to tell you about Pennsylvania.

Everything is to over priced they take advantage of the people driving on the expressway if you can avoid it go somewhere else it cheaper

Great rest area. Semi truck parking is better than most of the other rest areas I've parked in. Clean facilities, probably the cleanest I've ever seen.

Quick stop, rest rooms are available and vending machines. Easy in easy out and back on your way

Clean solid bathrooms. Food is vending machines only. Visitor center/ travel help desk actually staffed.

Love this place is really awesome the Customer Service is Great and Believe me they know a lot of Pennsylvania any question You want to ask they Will answer to you I love Pennsylvania volveria otra vez

This is a satisfactory, but not particularly photogenic, rest stop with facilities and a full bank of vending machines (including one that dispenses hot coffee, and on both occasions when we've tried it overfills the coffee, making a mess!). We've never been there when the travel literature was accessible, but we've seen it through the locked gate!

Clean bathrooms, vending machines a plenty, a little information booth that's staffed during normal hours. Ample parking, room for you to stretch your legs or walk Fido.

Great place to stop and stretch. Lots of Pennsylvania information, and best of all, the cleanest bathrooms on the turnpike.

Its a functional clean rest stop, the ratings reflects the fact that it is not better or worse than any other rest stops.

Great rest stop right inside of Pennsylvania on 81! We always stop here. It's nice and clean and has a great information desk if you need it. The bathrooms are always clean and the parking lot is big. Navigation is easy. Will return to this place.

A welcome center, info, restrooms are clean and a welcome sight. A good rest from a long drive. No food here. Dog walk and vending machines.
