EDITED: 8/16/23 - I received a call from Mr. Newswanger within moments of posting my review. He asked if they bring our vehicle in and address the whistling issue (AC Leak), would I remove my negative review. I agreed to do that. He said the Service Manager would call me to set up an appointment and the Sales rep would call to set up a loaner car. I waited 3 days, no calls. So I had my mechanic fix the issue. It's now been 1 week and a day and I never did hear from them. He also said I should've received 2 keys but did not offer to have the 2nd key made for me. Please do not call and try to make things right and then not follow through. I'm now almost $3,000 out on repairs in less than one year on a vehicle that was in "perfect condition".
8/8/23 - Purchased a used vehicle 11/2022. Was advised that it was checked over thoroughly and was in perfect condition. They couldn't certify it because it's not a GMC. They also only give 1 key for some reason. Refused to make a 2nd one. Within a month there was an issue with the fuel lines. Since then we've had to replace the tire sensors, blower motor, sway bars and the A/C was empty of freon and has a leak. Can't wait to see what's next. Disappointed to say the least. *Edited - we now have whistling when blowing air. Keeps getting better.
I purchased the truck from you, do not even have 2000 miles on a "certified pre own", and i had a check engine light, i relayed that the truck was bought for towing my camper which i needed to tow back in 2 days, but i was still told the earliest they could look at it was a 7 days from my call, in his defense the service man said i "should be fine ". I just thought i would have had a " sure we can hook up computer tomorrow " and see what the problem is but instead i had to wait, and then walk out with a bill of 160 dollars for a diagnosis whats my warranty for? Just frustrated when you spend 50 000 K on a vehicle
Very informative, and not pushy / no pressure into buying. Very good experience. Even after sale concerns to be sure I knew how to use features in car, and offered help anytime.
It is always quick easy and everything is always done professionally without any games being played.

I had to place a claim for a new key with the extended coverage I got and Andrew at the service desk worked with me and my schedule. He even was able to fix my TIMS (TIRE MONITORING SYSTEM) since it was there. Great experience.
Our salesman Harry was awesome and ultimately his customer service is what lead us to choose the Acadia over the Chevy traverse. He took the time to walk myself and my husband through all of the features, and talked to us like people. The test drive route was great and my husband and two kids appreciated the kids area to wait in while I took the car on a test drive.
