Family had a reservation on a Sunday. No one was there. Had to drive 80 miles out of the way to pick up another truck Had to wait until the next day to pick up the tow dolly. Truck had the wiring harness for the tail lights, turn signals and brake lights mangled in the overhead door. I fixed the brake lights and turn signals so we could drive it safely. Nice truck otherwise. Rented Appliance dolly was trash. Straps were completely broken. Penske corporate make it right in the end.

Charged me $445 for fuel claiming I didn’t return unit with exact amount. Looking for receipt now to get my money back, the people that I dealt with to get the unit, perfect… the ones in accounting, horrible.
