Penzel Apartments

The location is amazing, there’s a park directly across the street, stores and other things within walking distance. However this building is infested with roaches, no matter how much they come and spray or bomb it’s infested and it’s disgusting. The entrance doors are always broken as well

I currently live here don’t come to stay here at all I been here three year only the first year I moved I here I didn’t have roaches and once my neighbors moved out I had a roach infestation and I still do I also had mice but I have a cat and if you fall behind on your rent you receive rental charges upon charges and court date fees of 158.00 a pop added on to your rent they charge for sewage and water and heat and you don’t have any control over the temperature of the heat you have pay for I currently have two small space heater in my room because of their so called heat doesn’t heat my room properly my whole apartment is cold period all day until like 9 at night then the heat comes on and then it goes back off at like 4am and I have to turn my stove on to heat my apartment on top of paying peco for electricity as well lol they take for ever to fix any everything I went most of November with out a lights in my bathroom or in living room I had to run an extension cord from another room so I could watch tv i wouldn’t live here my dish washer is currently broken and I reported it on the 11/01/2023 and still nothing maintenance keeps checking it off as complete the dish washer is still broken but the only thing complete is the mess the dish washer makes on the floor in the kitchen if ran and the kitchen water pressures in the sink to hand wash the dishes is nonexistent barley a pittle also the door handles on the doors are constantly broken or jammed so of it ever was a fire we would have to climb out your window and fall to safely or run through glass smh if I was anyone looking unless they are desperate I’m getting out of here ASAP it’s straight up trash also there is never any parking at all it’s horrible please save your self the uncomfortably and high rent and utility charges out the waaaaazooooooo don’t not live here I repeat don’t do it

Doing great job maintenance guys are so fast they do there job done before time good job guys keep it up
