Worst service I have ever seen. Wait for 20 months to get the gas in. Call more than 50 times to setup an appointment. And then Nobody showed up. All the plumber heard the People gas Line. They just didn't wanna take my Job. Thanks Peoples gas. I will never buy a house with People gas service. I can promise that.

If you have a day job, good luck getting gas turned on at your house. They have no hours after 2pm and they will only do it Monday through Friday. Please accommodate working folk.

Legit called 7 different times to be transfered in circles. The online payment system is down so I can't access to pay or figure out my account number. Called them to get my account number and tried to pay the bill.the account number they gave me was wrong so I had to transfer back and forth multiple times to get my number and finally pay my bill. Just wasted 40mins of my life, thanks.

Smelled a gas leak outside, made the call and Dave was here within minutes even despite me saying it was a very minor leak! Dave was very polite and informative and had the leak pinpointed and fixed within minutes!

I smelled a gas leak outside of my home at 9 pm this evening. I called the emergency number and Brian, one of your service guys came out to fix it within one hour. Not only was Brian professional, but he was knowledgeable. He checked the house inside for any leaks which made me feel comfortable and safe. He wore a mask, which I also appreciated. I just wanted to say thank you for wonderful customer service and a big thank you to Brian for fixing the leak.
