I own a Ford F-250 and I needed my tires rotated but I do not have the setup to do it on my own. Kyle and Brandon were more then happy to take care of my truck in a quick and efficient manner. Kyle went over all the reason on why I need to rotate my tires, he really knows his stuff. I definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here for service.

Brought my car in for inspection. Driving a 2003 car that I absolutely adore I get so scared every year at inspection time that repairs are going to be greater than the value of the car. Antonio up front laughed and joked with me and put me totally at ease. I needed to leave my car there but I walked around Exton a little bit, got something to eat and came back.

I got to meet the techs Josh and Liam, who told me for being 19 years old my girl is actually in great condition. They checked suspension and frame and put me totally at ease that my girl might be old she might have warts but she is totally safe and roadworthy.

See you in three months for my oil change (which thank you for educating me that it’s miles or time, I know it had been six months since my last change but I only drove her 2000 miles so I thought it was fine. Didnt know, Specially in the winter, having good fresh oil is so important)

I brought my vehicle in and Kayla the assistant manager took care of me with a friendly demeanor. Nelson was the Tech I believe that worked on my vehicle he was efficient and the quality of work was phenomenal.

Antonio took great care of me, he gave me an honest time frame for my 4 tires and accommodated my needs, offering me a free Lyft ride! Nelson and Kyle were the techs that worked on my car and I could not be more happy with the services received. Thanks guys!

Great experience. I moved to the area recently sporting some worn summer tires. This shop took care of me for a good price and same day service the day before a big incoming storm. Good waiting area and lots of shops and food within walking distance while you wait. Highly recommend.

The exton PepBoys was amazing. Andy helped to accommodate me at the front. He treated me very well. Kyle, one of the amazing mechanics, fixed up my brake lights. He went over the problems with my car and allowed me to even see what was wrong with my car. He walked me through what needed to be changed and what to look out for. Antonio helped me plan future servicing for my car and even helped me understand certain things about my car I didn’t even understand. Amazing staff! I highly recommend going here because of the good people.

Ordered tires online and scheduled appointment. First off the guy at the desk not friendly. After over an hour was told the tires I ordered weren’t even in stock and someone had to go to another shop to pick up. Took twice as long as expected. When I went to checkout was asked to pay a price much higher than the quoted and confirmed price I was given online. They did discount but still paid approximately $15 more. After this experience will never come here again and highly recommended anyone else to avoid taking your vehicle here.

I traveled here for Christmas with my brand new car and as I was driving down 95 the splash shields broke off and were dragging. My husband fixed them as he could but we wanted a real professional to take a look before we took the big trip home. Pep boys was quick and kind. Brandon is an absolute star. He talked with us and answered all our questions (we had a lot) and he made us feel safe in our car again, something that is worth more than anything money could buy. Kyle was also there to help us and talk with us about why this might have happened and reassured us about the state of our car. I have never been more pleased, or really, more honored to have a team like this work on my car. Now I can drive with ease of mind and I will not forget this! Brandon and Kyle - keep an eye out in the mail, when I get home I am sending you both Christmas presents to thank you. Pep boys, I hope you understand the quality of the team you have, do what you need to do to keep these guys around.

Andy is awesome. Explained repairs that my car needed. Josh the tech made sure I was done in a timely manner.

They took me without an appointment. Did an oil change within an appropriate time frame. A fine experience.

These guys and KAYLA are awesome! The best customer service experience I have had in a long time! Amazing job! Everyone in there is so nice and helpful! Awesome price on my brakes. Won't go anywhere else. I went in looking to do it myself but, after talking to Antonio convinced me to let them do the work. I am astounded by the professional level that this shop works at.

We always have work done our car at Pep Boys in Exton PA. The quality of work as well as the employees is incredible. Andy (the assistant manager) goes above and beyond to make the customers feel welcomed and satisfied.
