Took my vehicle there how to take the back three times before I finally went somewhere else and had to pay for it again

If we could give a zero we would. Went to have brakes replaced and told after 3.5 hours they couldn't find a caliper. We placed calls, found one, went and bought it and took it to Pep Boys. Five hours later we were told they had no brake pads. But half hour later were told they found some on their shelves that might be compatible. Disorganized, unresponsive, and a waste of a whole day.

Typically was my go to place for car issues, but after recent issues with not having the correct staff to diagnose a car problem, I cannot say I would recommend this place.

What really made me write this location off was that I scheduled an inspection and when I showed up to the location the desk man told me he forgot to call me the day before and tell me their inspection expert was out. He specifically sited that they closed at five and I was at the bottom of the list of people to call and reschedule.

Clearly this place does not care enough to keep their clients informed and should not be recommended for these services.

I worked with Mr Christopher Williams and he was super helpful in getting me everything I needed ordered ASAP and even went out his way on getting items delivered to the store. I had a great experience and will definitely come back to get more services!

The team was very accommodating and professional with honoring my 6pm appointment (they close at 7pm) that I scheduled online. They had to work post-closing to finish the job and I am immeasurably grateful. I hope the PepBoys online scheduling system can be updated to ensure the appropriate time is allotted for the appointments so these hard working team members don't have to stay late tackling a job that could have easily been performed within regular business hours. If nothing else, they deserve to receive overtime pay as compensation.

Thankful that my daughter called this Pepboys. Forrester the manager helped her get towed in with a flat tire. Chris helped her in the store. Chris talked to me she needed 4 tires. The pricing was a huge surprise because it was much less than I thought. I'm in another state I'm grateful for your staff helping my daughter out. Thank you

Came in for oil change got talked into new tires was told after waiting four hours had no time to align
Came back Wednesday for alignment left after steering wheel was way off when going straight came back and was told I had to wait

Great job done by Forrester and his team. The tire rotation and wheel alignment was done timely and professionally. Will go there again.

PEP BOYS to the rescue! After driving up and down the Main Line, in search of an “emergency” tire repair on a Saturday night (to no avail), I then remembered Pep Boys in KOP… took a chance and Mike couldn’t have been nicer on the phone! We had the tire plugged, and we were on our way in no time!

Recently took my daughter's Jeep for new tires. The staff was very helpful and diligently worked with us in regards to a stripped lug nut. Forrester was very helpful and he went above and beyond to help us. Thanks for a great experience.

Scheduled a 10 o’clock appointment and was told I would receive a call/text when the job was completed. Never received anything about my car and called myself an hour before the store closed. They forgot about my vehicle, 8 hours after my scheduled time. Appointments do not seem to matter

Took care of my car during an oil change. Cody had amazing service. I was in a jam and they brought me in right away. Rich the tech found brakes on my car that I needed. This is my daughters car I'm greatful that he was able to repair them. Pricing was very fair. I will be back.

Best Pep Boys Ive been to, friendly front desk, knowledgeable mechanics who are up front with you with a breakdown of the expected cost, and they were able to fit me in right away both times
