They don’t honor appointments. I had an appointment for state inspection and they just said they cannot do since the inspection guy is leaving. They are irresponsible.

I took my car here for an oil change. I get that they are understaffed. However if you know that you have one person working and 3 appointments at 8 am maybe you should schedule more people. I had my appointment on the books for a week. I called and had my husband make them pull my car. I will do it myself for that. Poor workmanship.

I would like to give them zero stars. Plus I have given them the opportunity to make it right. On my invoice it says they rotated the tires. Now my lug nut key is missing. They made the suggestion I should go across the street to NTB to have them fix it. Well they wanted 350 to fix pep boys error. I purchased the tools and did it myself. I wouldn't recommend Pep Boys!

So I had a great experience when getting my inspection done only to find out that something very dangerous was missed. A little over a month later I'm driving to work and my tire rod comes completely off the tire. Luckily is was in my apartment complex parking lot when it happened. If I was traveling on a highway I could have caused a huge accident if not worse. Best part is when I called them and left a message they never even called back. Will never go back to them. That is something that should have been checked.

This place is terrible they lie to you and charge you for things they shouldn’t. The manager in charge at the time was very rude to his employees too.

I’ve been coming here for good tire service for over a year now. Needed a headlight changed on the spot and I was looking to get my two front tires replaced down the road and they were able to fit all of it in for me in one day since they had an opening! The person on the phone was very helpful and the front desk employee Issac was more than helpful to us as well! Got us a Lyft to our house while we waited since we were in a tough spot! Check it out for your car needs and the helpful service!

I brought my 2004 Toyota Highlander in to be inspected here and when I asked a simple question I was responded to with lots of attitude which was not something I was expecting so I don’t recommend this place to anyone and they charged me $85 which is a lot for a simple inspection and took almost 2 hours to do it.

I had an emergency repair and they got me in quick, took care of the problem and got me back on the road. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

Prices were far lower than Midas or Meineke for the same product. Customer service was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Went for a oil change as i lost my jacks, took around 2 1/2 hours when I was the only car in. Came back to a $160 bill for just oil, what oil change is $160?
Using oil directly ship imported from Dubai i guess?

Didnt want to make a scene just paid and left, they said its good for 5,000 miles. What full synthetic oil is good for only 5,000 and not at least minimum of 7,500? I checked oil recently as it was about to be 5,000 miles and my oil levels were already fine, almost overfilled though. Just save yourself the time and money.

Stay away from this place, they.broke my skid plate and denied it stating no services were performed in that area. No explanation how it broke in the first place, asked me to return the next day with the broken plate, unbelievable!

My car sat outside their shop waiting for a part to come ‘tomorrow’ for 5 days. Ended up taking the car to Meineke who indeed DID get the part tomorrow and started working on our car promptly.

Always efficient, friendly and quick. From Customer Service to Services & Repairs, they are hard to beat.

Had flat tire, said i had mismatched tires on my truck, I go out and looked at the tires and they were the same. I go back in and asked what tires were mismatched. They go out to my truck and come back in and the person said, oh, we made a mistake. They wanted to sell me 4 new tires when i just got 2 brand new tires on the rear of my truck in April. Will NEVER go there again. Thank you Tires plus in Camp Hill.

It was a noise and vibration that caused me concern and I went to Pep Boys, they gave me a quick look and fixed something in a matter of minutes and said I don't owe them anything. That was quick fix and excellent customer service.

Big thank you to Maya and Isaac for showing the utmost empathy and understanding. The team here is incredibly kind and offers amazing solutions to everyone that is a patron there. Been here a few times and continue to return!

Checked in at 12: 00. Was told my truck would be done by 1: 30 and it was not. They brought it out at 2: 45 I went and paid and got my keys. Got out to my truck it would not remote start and my engine light was on. I only went there for an oil change and tire rotation. They did fix it because it was their mistake however I shouldn't have had to pay $130. Staff walked by me all day long not one of them said hello to me or acknowledged me. Poor customer service!

Awesome team! On a Friday afternoon, away from home, the team squeezed me in to look at an imbalance issue we had on the way into town to visit with family. Thanks to Maya and Isaac.

I previously had an issue regarding an oil change but the store manager made it right. This time was for an inspection and service was timely and professional. They deserve 5 stars!
