Management sucks, they don't know what they're doing. They told me $250 for breaks! 2 hundred in labor? If you go buy your breaks They are like 50 dollars. That place went downhill fast ever since they closed the store and the two girls running it! Lol A BIG JOKE! I didn't even wanna leave one star!

Customer Service is fine. My concern is my oil change not being fully fulfilled but charged a ridiculous amount of money. I had my oil change twice and both times I had to go to another establishment because my gasket was not changed when it's supposed to be included. I had a coupon, and it was not honored at my recent oil change. Not satisfied with my encounters there.

Although there was ann issues with my oil change that could have been avoided, the wonderful customer service I received from Alex and the management team more than made up for it! I will definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience at bustleton. Service was quick, staff was knowledgeable/friendly and the text message feature is so convenient.

I visited a Pepboys location on 12/1/23 for a scheduled appointment for tires, J pre ordered online. I waited about 20 min to speak to someone when I first arrived due to 2 employees having a personal conversation. When I was finally assisted I was told it would be a hour and half wait for the tires to be installed. I waited the 1 1/2 hrs, then was told the store didn’t have the tires I ordered in stock. I was told they have other tires that are out of my price range. I was told original car tires were take off my car before they confirmed the new tires were not in stock. I was then told when the mechanic tried to put my old tires back on, one of my tires bust on the side and now they needed to put the spare on or send me home in a Lyft to come back tomorrow and they’ll try to find the tires I need. The girl I was speaking to at the front desk was a on a personal call her cell phone with ear pods speaking the whole time she spoke to me. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I should have been offered any tires available for the same price. I was sent home in the dark rain with a donut. I have a donut and a very important engagement to miss in the morning because I will be in a home to locate tires. I’m an appalled at pepboys, this is unacceptable. I should be compensated for my time and damage. I will be taking this up to corporate

I was very pleased with my recent visit to pep boys, the job was completed before the estimated time and I received a message telling me at the job was complete. The staff was courteous and efficient and the price point was quite reasonable. An overall excellent performance

Excellent service! Came in for flat tire repair and the wait was so short I couldn’t even complete a full quest in Genshin Impact on my gaming device. All tires perfect and I received a complimentary vehicle inspection. I will definitely be back, Happy Holidays!

Jose Santiago the services manager deserve a Christmas bonus and good yearly evaluation for all that he do for Pep boys, your customers.
He is very attentive to the customers needs and wants, always working with a smile on his face. The team over it's always very pleasant to work with from the front services entrance to the technicians in the shops all work very efficient and pay attention to details. Another happy and satisficed customer, please keep up the good work and teach others to be the same way you guys carry your self. Gracias

Had a wheel alignment done here recently because my wheel was leaning towards the right. Was not given any alignment papers and just trusted the service center did their job, and that was my fault. On the road, I realized the wheel was off and still leaning towards the right. Took my car to another shop and they said my car was not aligned at all because they could tell no work was done. It was as if PepBoys took my car in, left it there, and then gave it back to me. I got a proper alignment this time no thanks to PepBoys and out $100+ for them faking an alignment. Can't trust this company.

2 hours to donone tire install and all 4 were filled up to 43 psi when it says right on label inside driver door (like 90% of all cars that tires should all be at 33psi)

They try to rip your skin off, they told me I have to pay 1200$ to fix before I can get a annual sticker then I find somebody else, there is nothing wrong with my car, horrible service. Everybody be care of this place.

Made me wait 45 mins to tell me the mechanic took one gander at the car and told me the job couldn’t be done after specifically asking if they had the capability to do it.
