Poor service they promise a time for your vehicle to be completed when you arrive at promised time your vehicle was not even looked at yet.

I came here to exchange a battery I purchased at another location. The staff was very helpful got me the battery replacement I needed promptly.

I recently purchased my new tires at Pep Boys in Whitehall. I called on the phone to check availability and met a young man named Issac. When I came in the next day, I met Issac and my tires were installed in a timely and courteous manner. Issac was a pleasure to deal with and I will see him the next time I need my car serviced.

These boys are the pros. Twice now they’ve provided me with quality, highly reasonable service, while treating me with dignity and respect. I’ve come to expect good from Pep Boys, but this location in particular has impressed me. While working on my vehicle they even identified work I had requested (out of extreme precaution) and told me that it wasn’t necessary, saving me money that would have been thrown out the window. I was very impressed by the service provided by the gentleman at the tire and service desk today, in particular. Isaac is his name, make sure you recognize this guy.

It was alright they had alot more when I was younger I'm surprised that they're still open actually!

After waiting nearly 3 hours for an inspection and oil change. They want 110$ to change a high beam bulb on a Cobalt. First and last time ill be here.

Worst service manger ever Andrew told me false information and then they don’t go by appointment made me wait there for hours after I dropped it off in the morning. Also made me feel like I don’t understand what he was talking about when I asked questions about my car made me feel like I’m incompetent. Then he’s horse playing around with his coworker smacking them with stuff very unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place especially if your a woman!

We ordered light bulbs for my jeep and picked them up at the Bethlehem location. I specifically asked the woman "if by chance they are the wrong bulbs, can they be returned? " She said "yes as long as they are unopened and you have the receipt. " So my hunch was right and they are not the correct ones. It's Sunday and Bethlehem location is not open, so we go to the Whitehall location. The cashier tells me they have a new system so I need to go to the service desk for returns. Odd but whatever. I go up to the service desk and he said that " he can't return it because they can't see what the Bethlehem location has in their inventory. " No where in the return policy does it state that returns must be made at the location of purchase. The return policy on the receipt states that you must have original receipt and be within 90 days of purchase. I purchased them on Tuesday, today is Sunday and I have my receipt. Completely ridiculous. I would never recommend this Pep Boys to anyone. If I had the option for zero stars it would be.

I didn't experience any of that promise.
Set up my appointment 5 days in advance for the installation of 2 tires.
I arrived at 7: 45am they opened the doors at 8: 03am. I thought being the first one through door my vehicle would be first or second to enter the service bay.
I don't believe this was case today. It actually didn't feel like I was the third, fourth or fifth vehicle to enter the service bay.
The total I spent waiting for 2 tires to be installed was almost an hour and forty minutes. That's hardly acceptable by the standards today. In comparison, in my early 20s I worked at a small auto service station. I could mount and balance a single tire in 25 minutes or less.
This will likely be my last time using Pep Boys for any vehicle services.

Our tire popped over by top hat tuxedo we walked up the hill with everything being closed early and it being extremely hot out we needed a tire they were super busy today and still were so kind and generous and literally tried every way to help us! We had to buy supples to jack the car up which the gentlemen on the side service table made sure we got all the proper tools and we came back my husband was overheated and sweating badly because it was extremely hot they made sure he got 2 bottles of water and made sure he was cooling down while they stopped what they were doing real quick to take my popped tire off of my rim and put my new tire on with a great price not only was everyone super friendly and nice their customer service was excellent thank you guys for all your help

Unhelpful staff.i was installing my own car battery, I asked for a spray of some penetrant with the mechanics to open my bolts, they refused. Whereas Autozone associates readily come out amd install battery, give jump. Only positive is some products are good quality and price.

Open 7: 30am on a friday! Perfect for when I spilled my drink on the way to work! I was able to fly in, grab fabric cleaner, towels and was out the door in under 5 minutes.

Why would you sell parts that you don't install? I called parts manager. I asked for parts for my vehicle, I ordered them to store, and then when I got to the store and had them take the car into the service area to perform maintenance they installed. One of the two parts and would not install the other, but they didn't tell me it wouldn't install the second part, It was until a week later when the parts department called me and asked me when I was going to pick up my parts that I found out that they'd only install half the parts. Shame on you Pep Boys, Never Again.

They are horrible! Stay away. They will trick you into paying for things you don't need, charge you for their own irresponsibility and incompetence and your car will still have the same problems you brought it in with. They SUCK!

Our Jeep broke down and then took great care of us, explaining each step carefully. I recommend!

They allowed me to by the needed parts for my repair and they installed them.only in Whitehall PA.

These guys are great i went in with a problem with my car and they fixed it in less then and hour and a half that they said now i am a happy person loving my car

I have to say, these guys were awesome. They helped with my inspection and the fact that I had an issue with my battery that a dealership neglected to tell me about. Thanks for helping me out. I would definitely keep coming back there for service.

Good service! The guys that work there are professional and polite. Big selection of auto care stuff too. Better than some of the other automotive stores and more convenient than ordering online.

Thought I was getting a good deal on tires. Buy 3 get 4th free. Installation should be included. What I paid for installation cancelled out free tire.
