Recieved an oil change from them 4 days ago and the experience was awesome, now my check engine light is on. I reached out to them this morning and spoke to a gentleman and he told me to bring my car in for a diagnostic, once arrived another gentleman stated that they do not complete diagnostic testing on mercedes. Went online to check and it states that they do.left confused

Manager and mechanics are all so nice and courteous when ever I come they always do a wonderful job treating my car.

This is my go-to auto parts place in the area. Today I went in and learned that they were closing!
This place was typically fully stocked with nearly everything I needed for general maintenance and repair. Everybody here is super nice. Since they have a store closing sale of at least 40%, I bought a whole bunch of stuff. I guess after these guys close I'll have to go to AutoZone.

My lady and I were shopping for 4 new wheels for our T and C. We tolled to Wendy iniinitially and he took his time helping us. He ordered the wheels we wanted. We received a call days later referring to our wheel situation, which was they, the wheel company, only had 2 wheels and they were discontinued. So we went back to pick out a new set and we get Jeff this time. Jeff took his time making sure they were what we wanted, he ordered the wheels.two came in one day and the other two a day or two later. The whole ordeal lasted 3 weeks, but at the end of it all I am totally satisfied with the service I received along with the discount for the wait.couldn't be upset during this whole virus thing slowing everyone's shipping.

Wendy and Jeff are excellent and we appreciate their service and diligence with our purchase.wishing I could add a picture of the van with the new shoes.

Went there for windshield wipers. Didn't know what type I needed. The Service Dept guy was funny, knowledgeable and told me what to do to get them installed for free. Store was clean and cashier was also helpful and personable. Wipers where a bit expensive in my mind but I don't usually take care of that stuff so the cost might have been fine: almost $50.

In fact I got here 7am and until 7-40 the place still not open. People are standing outside waiting

STOLE MY FIRST AID KIT OUT THE BACK OF MY VEHICLE. THE AFRICAN GUY IS THE BEST MECHANIC THERE. HE IS GOOD. KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HUMBLE. THE OTHER GUYS ARE ARROGANT AND IGNORANT. IT MAKES NO SENSE. NO RESPECT AND COCKY WITH ARROGANCE THATS PRESENT. I GUESS THEY FIGURE I WAS JUST A CUSTOMER. WHO STEALS A FIRST AID KIT?

Needed a new radiator - took a couple of hours but went in and seems to be working well? Was able to use the 20% off coupon they sent in the mail!

Ordered a wiper motor (08 Ford) and the staff assured me of its quality, lifetime warranty & it's ETA, tomorrow morning. The (West Indian) Mgr gave me a great discount as well! Everyone, I encountered during my visit, gave me an absolute awesome customer service experience! Which is a stark contrast from the competition (AZ). I think, I'll be doing my business here in the future!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went in for a oil change, walk up to the counter, manager im guessing, black guy, does'nt even bother to greet me, tells another employee to, and I quote "see what he wants" HOW RUDE Wont be returning, they need lessons in customer service BADLY

My experience with Pep Boys has always been pleasant. Prefessional customer service, knowledgeable of products and services. I have, yet, to be disappointed since the 90' s and four cars.

The staff was very helpful and helpful, also very professional, even saved me money on my repairs with a online coupon, I'd recommend Pep Boys to anyone.

We went in the get a routine oil change done. We saw a deal in the paper for an oil change they tried charging us $60 more than the special we saw. So we asked to speak to a manager. And the manager's name was Jeff and he was very rude to my wife. And unprofessional.

The counter personal was very professional and helpful. But pep boys didn't have any of the parts I needed. I went to auto zone and got, I everything, I needed there!

There is never a cashier at the register, and if they are at the register. They are gossiping on their cellphone. You are better off checking out the Auto Zone a block away.

Very courteous staff. The young lady got my breaks and rotors and carried them all the way to the front of the store! I appreciated that.

Very helpful. The associate saved me money buy telling me exactly what brake pads I need and that my brake rotors were still good.

Pepboys, have served the community for years, under a great manager, He goes by the name of Jeffrey, when when I'm there for maintenance, his team does a great job
