Pepperidge Farm reviews
12Trailer on the left and right of entrance and absolutely no where to park without getting in other drivers' way. Other than that, everything else went smoothly.
No directions.
So here: take 30 to Quarry rd.right on Boot hill rd.appx 1/4 RHS
(Nevermind the bridge weight limit)
Pulled in first gate then had to go down to another dock. Tight area but it’s enough room to manage. The guys I talked to were super cool and they quickly had me unloaded and on my way. Thanks!
Absolutely horrible the way they treat employees. Overwork them, schedule comes out every day but can change multiple times throughout the day so you never know that your working until the day before so you can't even call off if you really need to because of how the schedule is. You can't see if your scheduled for a Tuesday next week so you can't cl off ahead of time you have to do it with a days notice and even then sometimes people have said that even if you call off they will say you never called and still give you two points. Ridiculous
Had a 1500 appointment to pickup but was late because of a delivery to Universal Pure in Malvern. They held me up because the load i was hauling for Beyond Meat from Americold in Carthage, MO was improperly labeled and somehow that was my fault as the driver. Got there after 1600 and was immediately given a door, loaded, and gone before 1800. I wish all places were this easy with reefer loads. No lumper fees. If I find myself up this way again, I'll definitely look for a load out of this place.
I been delivering here for 2 years. Steve and Gary are always nice. Pretty fast getting you on a door, although I'm mostly drop & hook.
Keep up the great work gentlemen.
Manufacturing plant. Ignore the signs getting in here. Quarry Road to end, make right. There's a 27 Ton bridge. Just use it, otherwise you'll spend a lot of anguish trying to find another way. Use it coming out also. You won't be too much over. Fast load. Open 24hrs!
"Trucking point of view" - Been here 4-5 times.
GREAT, helpful employees. They have 4 docks for loading (reefer loads), plus a few "tanker" unloading ports. (dry bulk="flour", + liquid tanker unloading.). The lot can get tight.especially if there are trucks waiting to get into a dock. (be aware.) Those that do not know what they are doing can get "in a bind" in here.quickly.
Due to Covid, they will check you in OUTSIDE.an employee will actually walk up to your truck window & talk to you.after loading, they will come out, seal your trailer, and have you sign the BOL's OUTSIDE. Then, get the fk outa here, so others can load. (hahaha.)
We have been to 6 food stores looking for your Red Velvet cake! Having no luck, help please
Was LATE to appointment, my company's fault. But was assigned a dock as soon as i got there. Was rolling out 1.5 hours later. Very pleased, will look forward to seeing them again.
I enjoyed this shipper. They didn't take long to load me, and even made sure that the load locks, that I had in the trailer, were put on good and tight.
Very nice people.small place but you can find a parking spot.not to bad for 21/2 hours to load. I’ve seen them on Interstate they can’t run the speed limit on I-70, I-80.why this driver is running in the parking lot like he is on the freeway?
