Wonderful customer service, I was just there Saturday evening right before they closed. My son needed new skate’s ASAP! We were in the area and stopped in, around 15 minutes before they closed. The staff was so nice and helpful and still took their time getting my son fitted. I appreciate their patience and kindness.

Came into the store to purchase my grandson some new hockey equipment. Josh helped us with all the equipment and it was such a pleasure to meet him and the way he treated our grandson he is a very important asset to your business. Thanks again Josh and anytime he needs any other equipment we will definitely look the up!

Son’s trigger release on Bauer skate broke today during skate sharpening. Two local Pure Hockey stores were no help, informed me that the blade holder would need replaced and neither store could help me or even offer a suggestion. Called Perani’s Hockey in Greentree, told me the holder didn’t need replaced. It was a simple set screw repair and to bring the skate in. They repaired it and sharpened two sets of blades in 30 minutes. Super helpful, Lucas and Nick were professional and informative. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend for all your hockey needs.

Went in to exchange an online order. Got measured, and directed to a better pair of skates. They did cost a little more, but I could feel the difference, and it was worth it. They were still entry level, and I wasn't unncessarily upsold, but I appreciated the feedback on the skates they had. Garrett was extremely helpful and I'm looking forward to the first skate on these. Their sales system made lookup, exchange and receipts on the transaction easy.
