Perfect Nail, Bethlehem PA

I’m sad to have to give a bad review. The staff was very quiet, but nice. However, I had to wait 45 minutes to be helped even though I had an appointment scheduled in advance. I only wanted my toe nails painted, no pedicure. No color change. I was at the salon for over a hour. Because they don’t have a parking lot, I had to park on the street and pay $8 just for parking because of how long they took. If they aren’t going to accommodate parking, they should at least run on time so clients aren’t being charged ridiculous parking prices. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

It was decent enough, but the wait was long and my nails certainly don't look perfect. Pricing was also kind of strange. It wasn't too expensive, but it seems like they just like tacking on extra little fees to drive up the price. I got a french gel manicure which is listed as $30 on the pricing board, but I was charged an extra $5, making it $35, for nail art because of the white tips. Obviously $5 extra isn't outrageously high, but it just doesn't make sense because the whole point of a french manicure is the white tips, it's not an extra addition, and it's already $5 more expensive than a regular gel manicure so does that not cover the "nail art"? Even if they want to charge extra for the tips, why don't they put the actual price on the board? Nobody is paying only $30 because anyone who wants the french manicure wants the white tips so it will be $5 extra for everyone, why not make that the price instead of hiding those little fees?

They do amazing eyebrow trimming. That's what I get done there. I'm not sure how they are at doing nails.

Messed up on my eye brow way thick and long on one side and short and messed up on the otger side clear polish turbed orang after dry my daughter still sitti g and they wouldn't changed it unless i pay them again

They have lots of choices for gel manicure got filling cut and reshape with the restrictions you have to call and make an appointment they are always busy in the weekends better to go on week days I like to get a pedicure done here too.

Great artist's that do nails my lady Love's.every design that they do truly a nail salon to go and get your nails done at lady's.also super friendly.

They could do some jail on your nails and on your toes they do a good work the owner's daughter she takes up time good place to get your nails done and your toenails.

There are new owners. I can't recall the woman's name that did my nails but she did a good job. I will be coming back. Getting my nails done is usually not a pleasant experience but this time it was good. So yeah I will be returning.

I had pretty thick eyebrows and I went to get them cleaned up and they made them extremely thin. I went with my mother and they took the end of her eyebrows and also made them very thin. Very unhappy with the results, would not recommend going there for your eyebrows.

Horrid. I needed my nails done for a special event, and I was jipped into paying for nails that look awful. The acrylic doesn't cover all of my nails, and on some fingers is built up so much it looks like a giant glob. Two were attached at an angle, and it's very obvious. I could have done better with cheap stick-on ones from the store. It's too late for me to go somewhere else to have them fixed- if I could submit 0 stars I would.
