I was speaking to the assistant one minute and then all I remember is waking up ready to go home. That's the best dental experience I ever had. If you need dental surgery I recommend you go here

I wouldn't even give a one star. This place is horrible. My son had an appointment to be put under to get a cap put on. We sat there for over an hour waiting. On top of that they never faxed paper work I needed for his doctor's office. They are very unorganized.

They didn’t return my call after making 4 attempts to get a follow up appointment for my son. They finally called me back after a month claiming they didn’t have the clearance they needed from my son’s pediatrician. I did have the clearance sent over and even left messages to call me in case they needed to be re-faxed. The lady who called me back was very dismissive and acted like they were doing me a favor to make an appointment instead of owning up to their mistakes.
I chose not to use them for my son, due to their lack of communication.

I’ve been there three times this year: cleaning, filling, and today, a cosmetic bonding procedure. Each time I have been there I’ve absolutely loved the experience. The girl who did my cleaning loved teeth and was gentle. She was super personable too. In fact, everyone there is!

I really have nothing but praise for the staff here. In fact, today’s procedure took a little savvy in shaping and matching tooth color and she was amazing. Dr. Xu was gentle and thorough as always.

One of the highlights of this office is that it seems they are all trained to clearly explain everything you’re going to experience and feel prior to them commencing the step. That’s vital to patient comfort and confidence. It’s a memorable facet of each visit I’ve had. I’m disappointed to see the negative reviews bc I’ve (dare I say) enjoyed my three visits this year. Ok, maybe not when the drill is involved but, tbh, I never felt a thing. It’s the sound. Y’all know what I’m talkin’ about!

UPDATE 8/8: Another great experience yesterday with a cleaning. Gentle, thorough, and kind. After consistently having positive experiences here with all different employees, I’m just not understanding the negative reviews.

HORRIBLE customer service over the phone. Those are the people who are supposed to welcome patients, when their tone is off & nasty that doesn't make me want to visit. More concerning as of late you can never get through to them. I literally had to call other offices in order to get in touch with this location after leaving more than 1 voicemail. It has been literally a month of trying to get my child seen, i will start over with a different practice and go elsewhere!

Today was completely awesome at Butler PA 222
West Cunningham Street location! 5-18-2023. I've been a patient since 2017 and always had a great experience. Today, Dr. Grace, Candice, the hygienist, Lynette, and Miss Kelly, made the whole experience exceptional, and beyond expectations, 2 cavities filled and a cleaning just seemed to flow nicely. There was also Dr Grace's helper who should also be mentioned. I apologise for not
knowing her name. Thank You Ladies, you were all wonderful!

Nice place and friendly staff. They try their best to make you as comfortable as possible.

I went to this place and they told me I needed a root canal. I gave them my insurance info before the appointment, and they told me that they accepted my insurance provider. So I said okay, so they numbed me up and started drilling out the tooth. After about 10 minutes of drilling, someone came into the room and said that they had made a mistake. Now they said that my insurance wouldn’t cover the root canal, so unless I had the cash to pay for it that day, they’d have to stop working on me, halfway through the root canal. Of course I didn’t have the cash, so they put some kind of chalky paste into the tooth that they had just hollowed out. The chalky paste fell apart in my mouth within two days, leaving a huge open hole in my mouth. These people are sadistic and they have absolutely no ethics. Avoid them at all costs.

Horrible scheduling team. I was contacted to reschedule twice. Then contacted again saying they “accidentally” sent the cancellation text the first time. Then I was told I would need to have my appointment pushed to September when I originally scheduled in January!

Don’t listen to the reviews from years ago. This place is wonderful. The staff is wonderful. The doctor is wonderful everybody there is wonderful I don’t know why it says my name is Matthew Ludwig, but my name is Allen Stockman. I must be under my cousins account for some reason still but this place is an amazing place and I recommend that I will not go to another dentist again I want to thank everybody there the staff the doctor everyone for keeping me at ease and just be in Wonder for all around, they deserve 10 stars in my eyes.

So far my experience with them has been on point. Friendly staff at the front desk and the staff in back and the dentist herself explained everything as she went along. I have lots of work that needs done and she is going step by step explains. Had a tooth pulled today and was more worried than I should have been she was smooth and fast.

They won't work with me if I don't have a babysitter. I have had to cancel my appointments due to having a babysitter. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE. INCLUDING A DOG THAT IS DIEING.

Went there painless to get 2 fillings. 1 of the fillings fell out the first time I ate.it’s day 3 now and I'm in excruciating pain. Pretty sure they hit my nerve with the novocaine needle. I'm not happy….

Update: they didn’t clean all the debris out of my tooth before they filled it. Had to get it pulled. It was the worst pain I’ve ever had. I am seeking a lawyers help.
