Perfect Smile Dental of Monaca

I am so very impressed with my new dentist office, Perfect Smile in Monaca, Pa. I have been told by 2 other dental offices that there was nothing that could be done for my one front tooth that keeps chipping because of my uneven bite. But i saw one more dentist and he said he could make me a device to stop me from grinding my teeth at night. Without this help, my tooth will keep on chipping until it can’t be smoothed away anymore. I have always promised myself that i will keep my teeth, no dentures for me, So now i know i have chosen the “Perfect “ place for me. Also, the entire staff are 100 percent Professionals! I will recommend this dentist office to everyone i know!

(Do not go here) all they care about is MONEY! They said I could no longer come back unless I payed them 75 for 4 different deep cleanings. I said I don't have that money I am on disability.the dentist said it don't matter unless you get those deep cleanings which in the end will have cost me 300$ I could not come back.never in my life have I had a dentist or a doctor say dont come back unless you pay out of pocket. So one day you will be going to this place and the dentist will need money they will look at you and say if you don't get a deep cleaning don't come back

I went for a tooth extraction and it went very well. The dental hygienists were very kind and the dr was very nice and understanding. They made sure I wasn't in any pain and helped me through my anxiety.

I was not a fan of this place when it was all about smiles at all. To the point where I avoided any dentist anywhere for over 5years. However since changing to Perfect Smiles and meeting Dr Kevin, I now have a brand new smile and no more daily pain and embarrassment of avoiding the dentist. Tank you so luck to the entire staff.

I scheduled a wisdom teeth from the monaca office for November back in August. They said I will receive a confirmation call regarding my appointment in which I didn’t. I had to call them and the front desk lady informed me they forgot so they canceled my appointment. I then got it rescheduled for December and they failed to call me again for confirmation and didn’t even leave a voice mail. I was understanding people make mistakes, so I brushed it off. So I recalled them.

They said they will call me in a few days after they talk to the doctor. They didn’t call me and my appointment was scheduled for tomorrow. The lady with an attitude informed me the doctor sedation isn’t covered by any insurance and has to refer me to North Pittsburgh. I was frustrated because it took them months and the day before my appointment to inform me they couldn’t do it. If they would have been transparent like back in August when I initially scheduled and then November when I rescheduled. I would have been able to schedule an appointment with other dentistries. I only have so much time with my winter break, with that being I don’t recommend this location if you are in a time crunch and want any lines of transparency.

We had an appointment in October and they cancelled on us and rescheduled for December. They just cancelled on us AGAIN and rescheduled us for MARCH, 5 months after the original appointment. Cranberry office did this to us so we moved to Monaca and now they’re doing this. It’s ridiculous. Currently looking to go somewhere else. Terrible customer service, no empathy at all for the situation when I called in.

I'm a chicken when it comes to dental work and they have been absolutely understanding. Had a tooth extraction and now getting fillings. Recommended especially for anyone who has anxiety and fear of dentists.

I go to perfect smile all the time. Great service and the best dentists and hygienist in the area.

Shannon A is fantastic and always takes real good care of me. Emily T is also the greatest, they make me feel comfortable and i'm not one that likes going to the dentist. They make the trip to the dentist a much more comfortable setting and fun experience.

This was a new dentist for my grandson and Ally and Dr Keven made it such an easy transition. So glad they were able to take us as I called several before them. So it was ment to be. They carefully explained everything so that my 7 yr old was able to understand. (He was getting a cavity filled) They were so gentle and kind. And bonus they gave him a Batman toothbrush and have a cool treasure chest to pick from. Definitely recommend this place for your child’s dental needs.

I love Dr Kevin! He is so patient, gentle, and compassionate. I have had so many dental procedures since I was about 6 years old. I am 60 now. So I get very anxious when going to the dentist. His gentle manner and the way he explains everything helps so much. The staff are also very friendly and patient. Highly recommend this place!

Overall a smooth experience.very friendly staff.wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone.

My appointment was for 1: 30.it is 2: 33 and I am STILL sitting in exam room waiting for dentist.

If I could give zero stars I would. My father is extremely handicap with the disease ALS. Anyone with this knows how hard life is already. Well, he needed some teeth pulled and the staff that made the appointment were fully aware of his disabilities. However, upon arriving to the appointment my parents were treated horribly. The staff blamed my parents for not being more prepared and saying they were never told of his disabilities. Please fix your staffs communication. My dad was not allowed to be put under due to their staff not being prepared. He is in immense pain now because of it. Both my parents came home crying. You are horrible people.

They were very thorough and all of them were very nice! You could tell they like their jobs! I felt very comfortable

The Dr's and nurses are so nice and compassionate! I have bad nerves that are extra sensitive, they made sure that i was completely numb before drilling. The fillings look sooo good as if my tooth wasnt bad. Their great with kids also, take my son in to see them and he definitely doesn't like dentists because of his experience with his previous dentist. My only complaint is they do run behind schedule quite a bit. My appointment was 10: 45 am and dr didnt start drilling till 12: 05 pm. Other than the time i love the staff!
