I love this practice. I have seen multiple doctors and nurse practitioners and have always been happy with their professionalism and their dedication to pain relief.

They are helping me with my back problems and the doctors are great! My doctor is awesome! He takes time with his patients. He doesn't rush you through your appt.like some doctors do. He truly cares about his patients!

Never was treated properly as far as proper medication. As many years as I saw Bill Syska and Kate my meds were never adjusted to whereto where they did any good.it was to the point the place never did me any releif. Ive been suffering for 22yrs with neuropathy. Waste of my time hoping they would be more medically educated but theres no hope if they dont research a patient.
Their way to solve my medical delema was A SINAL STIMULATOR. Research reveiled thats always getting poor reveiws from folks that had wished they never would of had it done. Infections at area where wires come out of area of wires. Stimulater
would activate at times it shouldnt and seemed to not help but create more problems.
I finally found a Dr. That understands true pain and not place that treats patients with no empathy or or true concern.
Think over what you expect your expectations are and look for a Physition that suites YOUR NEEDS not a place where your a payday.never adjusted n

The only reason I continue to go there is Dr. Lichtens wonderful work. Dr. Dankmeyer also listen and tries to help relieve all your pain. The receptionist, clerical, billing and other staff members are very rude, inconsiderate and very arrogant. They do not take the patients first it’s all about money. They are very unprofessional and lie and cheat about them billing.

I have been treating with Dr Lichten at Performance spine and sports location in Pottstown for almost 2 months. Dr Lichten is the best he takes the time to listen to his patients answer the questions and explain things. All of the nurses and assistants are great and very caring. I never been to a doctor office like this one they just professional all around. I would recommend this office and this doctor whole heartedly

I have been seeing Dr Dankmeier for about 15 to 20 years. Most recently I've been seeing Dr Haley and Kate. In all of this time I have never been dissatisfied and I would easily recommend this practice to anybody. I have a variety of different issues that have been treated properly over the years. I actually moved about an hour away and I thought I would change practices to somebody closer to me. I found I didn't like the disrespectful manner I was treated and went back to Dr Dankmeyer even though it is an hour drive each way.

I want to thank Dr Lichten and all the nurses and assistants I met while I was there for my first visit on August 18,2021. Also on my return on August 25,2021 for an epidural to help my lower back pain and left leg pain. I was somewhat worried because I didn't know what to expect. Well, I am so happy to say it was not at all what I expected. I am just sorry I waited so long. Performance Spine and Sports is excellent. Dr Lichten performed the epidural and was wonderful and caring. I woke up this morning and had no pain. Thank you Dr Lichten for all you and your assistants did for me.

Dr. Lichten is my hero! All the staff were amazing and stayed a little longer to give me the pain injection I so desperately needed. It’s only been a few hours since, but I’m great full to finally be in capable, kind care and people and staff who genuinely care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

First day there the doctor and a nurse talked about her dead daughter on life support in front of me when I was alone with the she showed me pictures.unprofessional.

If you're looking for a doctor (William Syska) that does NOT return phone calls, pushes patients to get injections, gives no pain relief of any kind, then this is the dr for you! I got an injection on 5/25 by 5/30 I was in excruciating pain that I went to the ER. I called the doctor (William Syska) the next day to give him the info from the ER Dr & was told by the nurse that it usually takes about 7 days to work. NO PHONE CALL from Dr William Syska. By 5/30 I went to the ER again because of the excruciating pain. I called the doctor (William Syska) once again the following day. This time I was told by a different nurse that it could take up to 12 days. I NEVER received a call from the dr (William Syska). Only the nurses, and they seemed like I was bothering them. WHAT DOCTOR DOES THIS? ! ALL HE WANTS TO DO IS INJECTIONS, INJECTIONS AND MORE INJECTIONS!

Dr. Lichten and staff are wonderful! I transferred my pain management care from Penn to this practice because I wanted a smaller office where the staff actually knows who you are and you don't get lost in a large system. The experience I had here by far outweighs my experience at Penn. The injection I received wasn't nearly as painful as my last office. Highly highly recommend!

An amazing pain management Physician! Dr. Lichten is highly regarded in the state and he came highly recommended to me. I feel I was treated like family and been given an individualized treatment plan in order to manage my pain. I was nervous about the injection in my back. His calm demeanor put me at ease. My quality of life has improved dramatically. After my injection and a recommended at home exercise program, I'm back in the gym and feeling so much better. Many thanks Dr. Lichten.

The office staff is wonderful everything from scheduling an appointment to getting refills is done with ease. Phone calls are returned in a timely manner. Dr Lichten is the best he takes the time to listen to his patients answer the questions and explain things. Dr. Lichten has provided me excellent diagnosis and treatment for my cervical related pain. He is very proactive and persistent in finding the cause of my pain and treating it accordingly. I highly recommend him.

Most terrible place ever been to. These people even don’t give me my test results which I have paid for. The most ridiculous excuse that just referral doctor can have it, I will be more than happy when you send me the bill write go to referral doctor and get your money. I am the patient and I have the right to have my own test results. It’s good to be a little respectful about your patients.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Lichten for spinal injections both cervical and lumbar areas. I’ve had the best results for pain relief than from other Doctors I have seen in the past. The staff is warm and caring and the whole procedure is stress free, at least for me.

I love the staff here! They interact with all their clients. I hate mornings, and I’m scheduled to be here early morning! When I get there everyone welcomes me by name might I add, and they make my day! Excellent Staff. Tony, Devon, Sara, Amber, and Staff. Thank you for making my days there happy ;-)
