Just bought our fourth vehicle from them. Good service, no pressure sales people, large selection, fair prices. Christie did a great job helping us.

Service department is great too. Tacoma came with a year of free maintenance, and the service has been excellent.

2021 Update: bought vehicle #5 with Performance over the last 25 years. The 2021 Highlander is awesome, and Katherine was terrific to work with.

Very upsetting. First quote was $700 after having my vehicle for a week. I okay it and they then tell me that they require an additional $329 for a part that wasn’t even broken.

Fun fact. The sales rep told me the wires needed to repair my truck were $30 each. I found them from another TOYOTA DEALERSHIP for $5.49 and did it myself. (Toyota parts website)

Horrible scammy Toyota dealership this is why they are called “stealerships”

AND they damaged my front passenger window tint.

Tried to take advantage of a 21 year old. Guess they didn’t realize I’m ASE certified.

If you are someone who is mechanically inclined, do not take your vehicle here for service. My vehicle was broken into and they cut my hazard switch harness and took the button off the hazard switch.

Performance Toyota quoted me $700 for the repairs. I said go for it. I get a call a week later asking for an additional $329 for a new hazard switch. I go and grab my vehicle and find out that the part they wanted to replace wasn’t even damaged. The button that fell out went right back in and locked into place.

The $700 repair of the harness was easily fixed for free since the techs here lacked the knowledge to pull on the harness a little and get the additional “6inches they needed”.

This place tried to scam me and I am incredibly upset with their work ethic. I will never be taking my vehicle back to performance Toyota.

What a joke.

I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle that was more fuel efficient and had all the safety features I wanted. After doing my research I found the 2021 Toyota Venza to be my ideal. I went to the Toyota Performance Dealership and met with Brian Hoover. After talking we came to a price that was fair and affordable. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and Brian was an excellent, and very helpful associate. Thank you to Brian and Performance Toyota for getting a great vehicle

I have purchased numerous vehicles from Performance. Cammeron Kline was great to deal with from the beginning. He made the process of purchasing a vehicle very easy. All the staff there made you feel very welcome. I recommend going to Performance and seeing Cammeron.

Came in for certified RAV4. I was nicely welcomed, and the process was amazing and smooth. All my questions were answered by Katherine Santiago and I did not feel any pressure at all. They do everything for you on the spot which makes it such an great and comfortable experience.

Customer service was good. All I came in for was an oil change and a cabin air filter. I know how to put in a cabin air filter but I figured since I was there I would let them do it. I was disappointed when I opened up the glove box and it fell out in my hands because it was not properly snapped in.

I enjoyed my experience at Performance Toyota. They work closes with me on getting me into a car that I really wanted. Kat my sale lady was patient and very knowledgeable. I love my brand new RAV4, Thank You so much for the time and patient that was giving on making this rough decision.

Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere when waiting. Would recommend as reliable auto services provider.
However, the overall price is a little higher especially for certain parts replacement.

We were getting ready to travel a few hours to visit my mother when we realized there was an issue with my Tundra. I immediately called Performance Toyota Service Department and spoke to Erin. I explained the situation to her. She told me to come in immediately. She had my truck checked out and, luckily, turned out to be something minor. My family and I truly appreciate what Erin did. It really shows Performance Toyota takes care of their customers.

I corresponded with Dawn Valeriano over email on the rice for a new car we wanted. She was very responsive and informative throughout the process. Tommy Pennock was the sales person we worked with to complete the transaction and pick up the car. The process worked very well and it was a good customer experience from start to finish.

Fantastic customer service. Left the car there all day - registration/insurance card thrown on dash. Case on passenger seat. Can’t read the mileage scribbled on the sticker - looks like nonsense. Old sticker thrown on car floor. I take car of my car - don’t expect it to be a mess when I pick it up. If that’s what I can see - what quality is the mechanical work That I paid for? Very different experience then Freedom Toyota.

Don't even bother getting your car serviced there. Dropped off Wednesday night by tow. Parts are ordered. They don't know how much it will cost, is it covered under warranty and don't have a loaner car available. They don't have access to see more information. Only allowed to see a set number of customers. Must wait 2 more days for person assigned to repair to get an answer. Ridiculous.
