Performance Toyota Service Center, Sinking Spring PA

Getting service to my vehicle tomorrow, so far I'm very pleased with Performance Toyota and their customer service, everyone there is very nice and helpful!

My car needed to be returned after services were provided. The potential danger both to me personally and to my car were reson for concern. There was never an explanation given for the problem or ownership of
Performance for the potential danger caused by their mistake. This experience has made me choose another service provider.

Everyone at Performance Toyota works to assure a pleasant experience while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced.

The service was very good. My vehicle service was completed within a reasonable time frame.

Josh, our service rep was kind and very helpful. He explained everything. Coupon helped with cutting cost on an item needed for inspection.
I was in and out in an hour.

Took over 1.5 hours for a oil change service and repairing a flat tire with a scheduled appointment. They finished the service, pulled the car out, I asked for the paperwork and they advised it had to go back in to look at the tire. The car was already on a lift for service, why would the tire not be completed at the same time? I did not expect to be sitting in the dealership for that much time for basic services and a tire repair. They mentioned that they needed to ensure they had a new tire in stock just in case they couldn't repair. Again, how was that not looked at when the car was in for the oil change? My background is from the service mechanical side of commercial trucks, this was excessive for the work that was done.

10: 20am appointment I was told 1 & a half hours. I come back & it wasn't even taken back yet. Wasn't even done until 2pm.
Frustrating when you have other obligations to attend with your children.

We were pleased with Andrew from the parts department who ordered our keys for the Venza. Also the 5000 miles check up. Car wash was a plus. Thanks for your service

Price was very reasonable.

Teririble never coming back 4 1/2 hours for inspection. Plus them called and told another hour I bought 2 trucks there never coming back.

Workmanship was fine however the method of payment option is disappointing. Charging 3% for using a credit card is ridiculous.
Every store and other car dealerships that I do business with do not have this charge. It feels more like punishment then saying thank you for giving you my patronage.

I will give it a 4 just because the people at the desk are not the friendlier when you approach them. Other than that, they do a good work with your car, tho.

Staff were eager to be helpful and I received professional, friendly guidance through the process even though my needs were very small compared with others who had just bought a car etc.

Very attentive to the customers needs. Personable staff. If there’s a problem after service they make it right.

Staff was friendly and efficient. They are always outstanding and this visit didn’t disappoint. Well done be back next oil change.

Performance Toyota has been servicing my 2 Toyota vehicles for about 12 years. This current team including mechanics are really on top of things. Following good processes achives excellent results for everyone involved. We drive our grandchildren around, we want safe, reliable vehicles, that don't break our fixed income limits. Thank you all for the best explanations, understandings and service we could expect. It cost us a bunch of money this time to keep these 140,000 Mile vehicles on the road and in good order, but we feel it's totally worth it! UPDATE 10/11/23!
