Perkasie Branch, Bucks County Free Library reviews
7Always such nice staff, especially Kevin! Helped us with everything we needed and really went out of his way to be of assistance.
I have loved this library for 28 years. All staff is always so helpful! Kevin was especially kind yesterday. I was blocked by a road detour and he not only directed me around it but offered to bring my return book inside.
Quaint library with a variety of community-supporting activities.
The staff members are extremely helpful and kind. Thank you for always taking good care of me while in my rabbit holes.
It is accessible by all. There are no stairs.
Hello everyone,
Well Perkasie Library appears to be a wonderful library and the librarians cordial. What I think is not acceptable is that the library does not have a large bulletin board where community event announcements can be placed. I know in this age many people look on their phones for Facebook announcements but I think many people look on bulletin boards the old fashioned way too. This library handed me an activities binder and asked me to leave it there for
people to see. HOW Can people see activities that are left in a binder?
Absolutely love this library. Large selection including kids/baby books, board games, and video games. Everyone that works there has been very helpful and nice.
Being a retired librarian, from the Lebanon County Library System, I try not to be a harsh critic when I enter a new library. I love this library. The staff is very friendly to patrons and quite helpful, when you have a question. The collection of books is impressive, for the size of the library. I was impressed by their collection of movies and new books. The children's section is very warm and welcoming, with a good collection of books. It's quite obvious that the Perkasie Library has a Director and staff that are professionals in their field and want to serve the public with the best library possible.
The bucks county free libraries are all really great. I most often go to the Perkasie and Quakertown branches. They all work together well. The staff are all friendly and all, library facilities are well kept and we'll organized. A great part if being a Bucks County resident.
