11Friendly staff, family restaurant. We always visit when we can because there are no Perkins in Western New York. We would love Perkins back!
Didn't even end up going in because the staff that answered the phone, Jackie, was so rude. I called in because there was a dog left in a car alone. I wanted to let someone know since we sat out in the parking lot for 5-10 minutes, and the owners weren't anywhere to be seen. Which I understand if they were picking up food, but I was concerned and would rather check than let an animal be left out in a car. She acted like I was being crazy to call and see if they knew about it. Just automatically was rude and gave attitude for no reason.
Food was good but a little bit expensive had the garlic pork chops they were tender and delicious
Nearly every time I go to a Perkins they are quick, efficient, friendly and professional. Perkins offer 20% off for military and first responders too.
The Perkins near me always does a great job! The staff goes the extra mile to create a warm, and welcoming atmosphere.
Always, very good. I had the special, fish and shrimp. With a side of call saw and steak fries. Food and service was excellent.

Little disappointed in my meal: fish, fries, salad. Way too institutional! No thought put into presentation of food, and not much of it. Normally like the place.
Perkins in Mercer was the best meal that I have had since 2020, since COVID struck us.

Recently my sister and I decided to go to the Edinboro Perkins restaurant. After eating my ham and cheese omelette and she her potato pancakes, we went to the register counter to pay. That was when I noticed all the insects inside the pie, muffin, cookie case! Not just one but MANY! They were WALKING ALL OVER THE BAKED GOODS AND FLYING ABOUT! I DON'T KNOW HOW I DIDN'T VOMIT RIGHT THEN AND THERE! As kids we used to call this restaurant PUKINS! Now I remember why! Notice to everyone reading this review, DON'T BUY ANY BAKED GOODS! DISGUSTING!
