Always good customer service usually gets seated pretty quickly waitstaff pretty friendly The cooks seems to be pretty good at what they're doing. Out of the three years I've been going there on and off only had to send food back one time they sent me over hard eggs instead of over easy other than that no complaints. Usually top off coffee pretty good make sure you have plenty of sugar in creamer for your coffee if you take it the pastries are really pressuring delicious who's always been really good. Other than that no complaints or anyting from this place like I said I've been going there pretty much 3 years now on and off plan on going there probably this coming Monday January 11th for a bite to eat and to get out of my apartment for a little bit get some breakfast and some coffee then walk over to Wally World do a little bit of grocery shopping and catch the bus home.

Excellent service. Food was fresh and portions are good. Hand sanitizer was available and staff wore masks.

Very good service today! My 4 year old loved the waitress & she was very kind & always checking our table of 6! The waitress gave my daughter a plastic spider ring she was so excited! It's the little things! My Dad has passed on & I had brunch with my oldest brother from North Carolina & a sister! Thank you perkins for being a family friendly nice restaurant!

Been waiting a long time for the remodel. Food is always good and a great bunch of girls that go out of their way.

Love this location and the food here. The staff is very kind and friendly and it’s just a tradition to come here!

Wonderful breakfast great food waiters and waitresses are always very friendly and very nice and I'm always seated very quickly at a nice table

DON'T EAT HERE! IT'S A HORRIBLE PLACE! We've enjoyed other Perkins restaurants but this place needs to be shut down. It's very dirty, the staff is unprofessional, the cook dumped garlic all over our California Benedict, there was a piece of string in our skillet, there was a hair in our butter, and the banana nut Muffin was old and dry. SICK!

Friendly staff and food was quickly served. Delicious and coffee was plentiful. Price was quite reasonable.

Food was really good but the waitress (Patricia) was one of the worst waitresses I’ve ever had and seemed to have a bias to certain people and only stopped by are table once when I was there for a good two hours

Nice staff, quick and good food. I will definitely return. Love love love the large glasses of OJ we got! We both got build your own omelettes. They were good. Perkins made it a nice breakfast for us.

Waited an hour to get our breakfast. I ordered the build your own breakfast. 2 eggs over easy sausage links and bacon. I got 2eggs over easy w/eggshells, there’s a distinct crunch to eggshells 2 sausage links and 1 1/2 pieces of bacon. Our drinks came in styrofoam cups because all the glasses were dirty, according to our waitress. My sister ate her breakfast (eggs Benedict) with a spoon, guess all the silverware was dirty too. I love Perkins but not this particular one

They are in the middle of remodeling so it was messy inside and made me wonder what might find its way into my food. Turned out it was a hair, in my patty melt. I had ordered a special that came with a slice of pie. Unfortunately the slice of pie was frozen and I couldn't eat it and had to take it home. I rarely eat at Perkins and this experience is a good representation of why. Try Eat-n-Park instead, the food isn't any better (or worse) but everything is.

Just left lunch at the Clarion Perkins and I am furious. I got breakfast and they forget half of my meal, the waitress never came back until we were through eating and I told her. She said the manager would take care of it. He took off $3 from an $11 meal. Even though I was missing at least half. Will never go back. Would have been cheaper to pay for each thing individually.

My top go to for a chain breakfast restaurant. Non others compare. Good food and great personalities serving you. I have been to many in different cities, they are consistent all around.

The only thing wrong here is the Company needs to update/remodel.

Staff was friendly. Clean, until you really looked at the carpet. Four of the 5 of us got pancakes. 3 of us were given burned ones. My over easy eggs were broke but they did replace it without asking. My sons free cookie was even burned hard. He could barely chew it. It definitely should have had milk to drink it. Overall, not terrible.will go again, the juds like it there.

Great place to eat and plus reasonable prices and home made food there too. I am picking up pies there for the holidays and they are so delicious too.

There food is good and reasonable, but they need to up grade their setting.to Small for four people

The waiter we had was not very friendly or courteous. Could not be bothered to let us know about specials. The only way we found out was we overheard the other waitress tell her table.

We were traveling and maybe our appearance was not her approval and thought we were free loaders or something. Sad day when I asked the front to honor my son's 11th birthday and the waitress blew his surprise and even lied in front of him that he caught it. She didn't even bring the slice of pie I pre-purchased for him. We had to retrieve it when I paid for the check
