Ryan came to our house, educated me about the yellowjackets, told mewhat he was going to do, how lo g it would take, even helped take down a d put back up my hummingbird feeders. Will definitely use them again if need be.

All the ants are gone. Thank you. It was so nice to come home from vacation to see the ants were no longer around.

We have been using Perry Pest since we built our home in 2012. We've always had problems with many types of bugs being in the woods. Perry pest has been doing semi annual sprays for us and we've been very please until recently. Every other time they've been out we can see that they were there. Whether it be spray streaks on the siding and windows, or dead bugs littered around our home. This time none of that. No spray evidence on our home and no dead bugs on our porch. I called them and informed them I think they missed our house. I was told she would look into it and get back to me. She did not get back to me. I called again and she said oh yes he said he was there that is why you got a bill. I again told her he was not there as there was no evidence nor did my wife see anyone at our home. (she works from home). She told me they no longer spray the window because people complained about the streaks. To me this makes no sense as you want all areas of your home protected from pests. I told her I always want it all sprayed that's how my home is protected. She said she will talk to them again and get back to me. Never got back to me. I just paid the bill and I wont ever be using you again. I truly feel like I paid for a service that I did not receive as there was no evidence of the spray and we still have bugs on the outside and inside of our home. Poor customer service to a long time customer. We won't be using you or recommending you ever again.

Perry Pest said they came out and sprayed the outside of our house. No, they didn't. We have had our house sprayed by them many times in the past (2 times a year for the past several years). Each time they would spray there would be dead bugs surrounding the house and there was plenty of evidence that they sprayed. This time, no dead bugs! Not even one! You couldn't see any evidence that they sprayed at all either. We paid our bill to keep the peace but we are very unhappy with how things turned out. Be sure you are home when they say they are spraying or you could end up like us!

I called Perry Pest Control for help with a wasp nest discovered by our fuel oil delivery driver. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who took my call because she was so helpful and reassuring; she said she would check with Shawn about his schedule and would call me back shortly. And she did; a prompt return call is not the norm in today's world, so that really impressed me! Shawn was super knowledgeable and friendly when he came out the next day (most other places told me 2 weeks or more to look at the nest.) It turned out that our wasp problem (a nest in our fuel oil vent pipe) was not as bad as I thought, but he still took the time to explain how wasps behave and what to look for to stop a small problem from becoming a big one. Extremely reasonable with pricing, and they don't do contracts; unlike some other places I called that wanted me to sign up for a monthly service for a year just to destroy a wasp nest. I'm a Perry Pest Control customer for life-thank you!

Very friendly on the phone, and the technicians are also very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't have problems where I need them very often, but when I do, Perry Pest Control is who I call.

Use to have so many spiders after they came and sprayed not one in site. Well worth every penny. Very happy to be able to go outside in the evening now.

I have had so many issues with other pest control companies. I made the switch to these guys and they are hands down the best! I will never use another company. They are polite, professional and know exactly what they are doing. They did a great job getting rid of the bees that where all over my log home. They prevented and killed so many bees just by coming one time! Of course we are on a semi annual schedule now and I don't have any bees anywhere! They are amazing and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone needing assistance with pest control!
