The only downside is when renting the pavilion for picnics you are not allowed to use the baseball fields that have tarps on them. We needed to go all the way in the back to an unkept field. Other then that, everything was great.

Great park, 3 baseball fields, fishing pond, Pavillion, volleyball/basketball court and Pavillion rent only 50.00
