We were very disappointed with your service department as they did not keep us up-to-date on our vehicle. We only received information when we contacted them plus they kept saying they were waiting on the GM tech. Your service department should have been following up with them constantly to get their answers instead of waiting until GM contacted them or until we called or texted for a status. The service department needs to learn how to communicate with their customers better otherwise they are going to keep losing customers like us. We believe that they just didn't want our business. We definitely will try to persuade friends and family not to use your service department. As a note - Our vehicle has not been fixed yet but we've picked up our vehicle as we needed it. They said they were waiting still to hear from GM and as of this writing the service department still has not contacted us about repairing the vehicle! We probably never will!

BEWARE! I bought a $50,000 used car last week. Had a nice salesman. Not sure what kind of deal I got. I like the car. So I decided to close the deal, filled out the paperwork, walked out the door towards the car and they hand me 1 key. I asked where is the other key? I dont get 2 keys with a $50,000 purchase? They said NO thats the way it goes when you buy a used car. We dont have the other key. SO make sure when your signing all the paperwork you see 2 keys before you finish signing.

They charged me over for wheel alignment $120dollars oil change $100 this is to Mach.when I ask the price of oil change they tell me is $83sollars and I pay them $219dollars.
