We have been Peruzzi Auto Group Customers for more than 30 years. Your ad slogan, " Our Business is You, " is what we have experienced while dealing with Peruzzi all these many years. On Valentine's Day, February 14,2018, we purchased a new "loaded" red Sentra. Buying a car used to be a challenge. However, thanks to Bob Seidenberger, Vice President of Operations, and Jeff Irvin, Client Advisor, the experience again was outstanding. Bob has always strived to give us the best possible deal. Jeff assisted us with our purchase and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Jeff's professionalism is what we have come to expect from the Peruzzi team. Thanks to Bob and Jeff for making our new car purchase a pleasant experience.

We also purchased the Peruzzi Service Plan which includes Premier Tire & Wheel protection, and we were very happy we did. Within 10 days of our purchase, we encountered a nail in one of the tires. We secured a same day service appointment at Peruzzi Nissan, and the tire was replaced with a new tire.

A group of rude and racist people and liars work over there. They only care about money not their customers. Custumer service is really poor. I blamed myself for not taking the time to read all the bad reviews about this company. The are selling a whole bunch of bad cars with no warranty but will let you know that everything is ok with the car. Be aware of these people. If you have no If you are mixte or have and accent from another country, forget it. DO NOT GO THERE.the only time you will get treated good is the first day only because they know you're probably have your down payment in your hands.i called them and spoke with Mr. Peruzzi, he told me to come with my car, he will let the service guy take a look at it and he will work with me so I can trade the car. When I called perruzi, he was unavailable and never returned my calls. I decided to take my car there so that it can be fixed and trade the car as perruzi told me. When I got there I was explaining to Bob what happened and what perruzi told me and they did not keep their promise. Bob told me that he would not let me buy another car and won't do anything that the owner said he would do. Another Sale guy came from no where told me in front of everyone there " why is she here anyway" and he told me to get out of there. I asked the guy to explain his statement and he didn't say a word. This statement is clearly a racist statement. Bob called the police thinking that the police would push me out, the police came and asked me what happened and I explained to him what happened. As I was talking to the police, the guy who made the statement tried to change the conversation, the police told him to shut up let her talk. After the scene the police told me to call them to court and call consumer affairs and better business bureau to report this company. Please read all the bad reviews and think twice before buying any cars at this place.

Just one week ago today I purchased and brought home my new 2018 Frontier from Peruzzi Nissan. What’s more impressive, is that I drove 2-1/2 hours (~140 miles) from my home to do it!
After trying to deal with numerous dealerships trying to sell me a truck other then what I was looking for, I came in contact with Gabrielle Kain (internet) and the Dave Borden (sales) from Peruzzi.
Peruzzi was able to get me into the truck I both wanted, and could afford on my budget. Everything I was told over the phone by Dave Borden was exact when my wife and I drove to the dealership to see the truck for the first time, and purchase it.
I cannot thank both Gabrielle and Dave enough for all of their assistance. Would I purchase again from Peruzzi? YES and probably will! I don’t mind traveling to get the best deal on the vehicle I want!

Came in ready to be a part of their team but after seeing how a customer was being treated they won't be seeing my money would not recommend any one to be a customer here. They laughed and joked about a customer's issue wouldn't wanna be in her shoes. I'll take my business where I know I'll be happy at. Drew your customer service sucks, along with the other thinking the situation was a joke is not how to treat customers who putting money towards ur paycheck

I visited my family for thanksgiving drove 16000 miles from Texas, on my Nissan pathfinder 2014 the transmission broke up there, when to this dealer and they told me I was out of warranty by 300 miles, the sellers where more interested on selling me extended warranty, I when to other place and pay for a new transmission, when I got home and investigate about my warranty I found out I still have 40000 miles, all this people care is about the money, I spend $6000.00 on a transmission. They didn't bother to tape the vin # on there computer.

MY HUSBAND WAS DISAPPOINTED ON HIS LAST VISIT. HE WAS BEING RIPPED OFF AND ONE OF THE WORKERS LIED TO HIM AND GAVE HIM AN ATTITUDE. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN! OVERCHARGING PEOPLE, BAD ATTITUDES EQUALS NO BUSINESS FOR THE FUTURE. SORRY.

As far as car dealerships go, this one is one of the better ones out there. Clean showroom and friendly staff.

If you end up going to Peruzzi.definitely ask for Dave Jones! I didn't have the greatest experience at Peruzzi Mazda a few years ago, so I was hesitant to visit Peruzzi Nissan but I'm glad I did! Dave is friendly and knowledgable.the entire experience was excellent!

Outstanding! Customer service is amazing.
Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Jeff Irvin was my salesman. He was fantastic. Continues to provide stupendous customer service even weeks after the sale. Very friendly staff. I commend all of you. Thank you for a very pleasant experience which is not often found these days.

The sales department is awesome, especially Jeff. However, I'm giving a rating of 3 because of the service department. They're mediocre at best and most of them need a lesson in customer friendliness.
