This is a great store. They are very friendly and helpful. There is a large variety of animal food and products. I would recommend.

The store is always clean, stocked & they love greeting our dogs when we bring them in! Cheerful & always appreciate the awesome prices!

I had an older cat with specific needs and the staff were very helpful finding food that worked well. Always have what I need and very accommodating.

Pet Supplies is my favorite pet store by far and specifically this location. All the staff is super friendly. They always say hi when you enter and are always very helpful if you need it.

Just wish they wouldn't have the larger birds there for months before they get sold. Not a pleasant life for them. Other than that it is a good store.

Basic pet supplies for all types of pets. Its convenient although prices aren't as good as they were in the past.

A little pricier than the bigger pet stores, but the level of service and friendliness is great. We foster rescue dogs and Pet Supplies Plus collects car loads of food and treats for the rescue every month! We love bringing our fosters there for baths and to socialize. The self serve dog wash is awesome! They have tubs and provide the soap and warm towels. So much easier than trying to bathe a big dog at home in our tiny bathroom.

One of the nicer pet stores around. Clean and well staffed. Employees are extremely helpful and nice. The only reason for a 4-star is a lack of some products you would expect to find at all pet stores. Overall a great pet store.

To Whom it may concern I like the Pets Supplies Plus I go there to get my bird food & treatbars it's a lot cheaper than the Pet Value.

Usually has my bulk parrot food in stock. Sale items should be better priced. Display rabbits and guinea pigs in the open closer to the front of the store. No one hates rabbits.:)

Kudos to Brooklyn for trimming the toenails of our nervous, older dog. She was very patient and set us at ease with her calmness and obvious experience. This is a fun store to take the dogs. Everyone greets them and has a good time. Support local shops!

Great selection for items for fur babies. They also have a good.selection of items for reptiles.

Had a return, no receipt, and salesman was so accepting. No issues at all.

Need better cashier training: Cashiers don't ask for phone number which is required to receive the sale price.
When handed a coupon it is quickly forgotten and a managers assistance is needed for refund if the transaction is finalized before you realize.

Employees are always helpful and kind. The store is clean. Usually if they don't have something they have an idea of where you might find it.

Love this store! Employees are very nice and helpful and there is a large variety of specialty dog food. There are also a ton of treats ranging in sizes and budgets. You can also donate dog related items. Great experiences!
