Pet Supplies Plus Latrobe

Way to expensive. Stopped into buy dog food. Ther was dog food spilled over floor. I used to shop at that store often, over-priced. Not paying a small fortune for dog food or treats.

Store is neat and organized. Sales associates are always friendly, courteous and helpful. Wide variety of products. Prices could be a little cheaper.

Stopped in to buy some treats and toys, and today is one of my dogs birthdays. Well according to their rewards program dogs get a birthday gifts.
Now I’m not worried about free stuff, I’ll pay, it is what it is. What I wasn’t happy with is I mentioned something to the cashier not once but twice. First time I thought maybe he just didn’t hear me. Second time he acknowledged me, but said that they never told us anything about that. I don’t know who “they” is, but I then told him I just heard about the rewards and the birthday gift thing over the speaker and to mention something at the register. He never even responded, handed me my receipt and that was it. Felt like I was completely ignored and blown off.

Always find what you need, and if it's not there, just ask and someone will find it for you. Great store

Love this place! Our cat loves their play boxes and loves the high quality treats and toys this place has to offer. Have yet to find a toy our 5 month old kitten didn’t love!

Expect to be double charged when they're faulty computer system decides to crash mid transaction be assured you're only charged once so you can leave and get halfway home to only have to turn around and come back great waste of my time especially since I didn't even get my points for the items purchased because the POS system wouldn't work enough to input my account. Just for the record the situation is not been resolved the money is not shown back up into my bank account so now I've been double charged as well as not receiving points for my purchase through the pet supplies Plus system extremely dissatisfied with the local stores

One of the only places that I could find claw caps for my cats in stock. Also one of the very few places that sells the cat food they like.
