The staff here is so knowledgeable on everything per related. The new manager is amazing. This will remain my go to for grain free dog food. Thank you for the help!

This is the worst pet supplies plus store. People are very rude. My wife and I had almost $200 of product in the cart and still looking. I needed to use the restroom and they would not let me use it. So we questioned why customers could not use the restroom and all they said was walk up to the Giant. So we left without purchasing anything, and on the way out an employee says “don’t pee your pants”. Nice store. Never go here again.

Went to this establishment for Small batch lightly cooked food for my pup. The bag I received was freezer burnt. I returned it in hopes of just receiving a replacement bag. Instead received a lot of hostility and disrespect. The young lady says” I don’t see what the problem is unless the dog won’t eat it. ” I was blown away by her response which I never asked for. I don’t eat freezer burnt meat so I wouldn’t give it to my dog either. Customer service these days are horrendous.

The store is a great location, they offer delivery service, which is great! I buy my dog food in the largest bag, so having it delivered is so nice! The prices are comparable to larger chains, but this location is so close to me, it makes sense to buy from here. They are the only store in my immediate area (that I know of) that sells my dogs favorite bones, Lennox brand. I have also used their grooming services, which are great. I was using their veterinary care service, but had to find another vet because every time I would go there, there was no one working, and they were closed. But as far as the store is concerned, very friendly staff, helpful, always have what I need. Some of the items are a little pricey, but they do have sales and you earn points for money off purchases so that’s nice. The grooming is also great! Shelly and Heidi are fabulous groomers!

I was Looking to buy dog food but I couldn't find the brand and I ask the worker and she said they didn't have the brand there so brought dog pads the store is really nice neat.

Nice clean store. Lots of premium brand foods for cats and dogs. Toys, treats, grooming and health and maintenance products. They sell a variety of small animals, birds, reptiles and fish as well as their required housing, cages, bedding, substrates, food, includingsome live food like crickets. Some setups are available as well. Staff is knowledgeable about the care of their livestock, so if you're fixing to be a first time pet owner, they can help you decide what the best choice for your lifestyle and accommodations might be. They support pet adoption/rescue shelters, and they have Vaccine clinics occasionally. Grooming is available too.

When they groom your dog they provided a more loving environment for our Pittie They were wonderful with suggestion tips on how finicky my Benny will not eat dry food and they gave ideas and were kind to show me where things were just an overall a better experience.

This place is garbage, and I wouldn't waste my time shopping here, nor talking anymore about it.

The young lady that helped me was great! She was able to help me find food for my fussy pit and give advice on how to get him to eat better. Prices were decent for a pet store. Will definitely go back to make more purchases in the future.

Amazing place to go by everyday! Has everything I need and is far friendlier and cleaner than Petsmart!

The reason I’m giving three stars is because of Heidi. She is absolutely horrible and should not have a job here. We had an appointment at 11am last week for our dogs to be groomed. She didn’t even show up until 11: 10am! Didn’t apologize for making us wait, barely even spoke at all to us. She never confirmed what was being done to our first dog. And when she was done, it looked like she didn’t even do anything! My dogs face was still dirty and looked untouched. She is horrible at her job and is very rude and disrespectful of others. If you want to get your dog groomed here, please see Shelley! She was absolutely amazing and the only reason I’m not giving 1 star.

Always a pleasure to come to one of their stores. I’ve been shopping here for more than several months, the rewards program is great.staff is awesome.and it’s just a joy to have fun pleasant people to encounter every time!

Love this place! The store seems like its more personalized than most other local chain store.
