This is a nice place they have a lot of variety of different things for your animals and always check out their sales that's when you can get a good deal

Would not sell me Bravecto unless my cat came to see them. My vet was out of the right poundage for my cat! Not very friendly even though I spent over $$$.

Absolutely love this place. The employees are super nice and helpful. They price match which is nice. They have some yummy treats for dogs which I love. Join there rewards program because they give you special discounts.

As a former employee I just want to say they paid me 7.45 an hour to put litter on the top shelf on a ladder and they’d judge me if I wasn’t strong enough to lift and I’d also work 10 hour shifts without even a break to go to the bathroom but they have everything you can imagine on their shelves. And yes they do have it in the back, they’re just not going to look

Nice customer service. Good selection. The store is well organized and clean. There are a lot of fish, parakeets, even some ferrets and a Green Cheek conure to purchase. Pet grooming is available.

Big per store with large selection of pretty much everything you need for your pet. I focused on dogs supplies and they had so many different types of food, toys, toiletries etc.

I recently went in here to get pet supplies, noticed a bird not doing so well and alerted the staff. The manager came right away to make sure they were okay and I went back a few days later and checked with them on how they were doing, they took them to the vet! I’m glad to see that people care about even the smallest of animals! Thank you for taking them to the vet!:)

I went to get dog food yesterday and was looking around. Grabbed only a 15 pound bag…. I believe CINDY…. (Hopefully that was her name) was watching me closely. She asked if I wanted the 40 pound bag instead because they had it. Retrieved the ladder, climbed up. Placed it on her shoulder. Would not let me take the bag! Carried it to check out and to the car for me by her choice! Amazing customer service and truly touched my heart! It’s seriously the little things in life that mean the most! Above and beyond customer service! From the welcome to the goodbye! 10/10. Highly recommend

Very very very expensive I bought I salt rock about the size of a half dollar and came to about $4-5

Store is a bit small and limited in inventory, but they make up for it with exceptionally helpful staff. You don't have to ask for help, they offer. Totally impressed.

Very friendly staff, a ton of options for your little furry or feathered friends. The prices are a bit on the expensive side but are comparable to other pet stores. But the selection and friendly staff do make it worth your time to stop in.

Went to pick up treats, brought my Brittany Spaniel in with me. Staff very friendly, good prices usually. Knowledgeable and helpful.carry large food bag to car for me.
Two years later:
Stopped to pay for three large bags of food for my Great Pyrenees, asked if they could deliver the bags to my home the next day. They called to check if I was home, and were there 10 minutes later. Great staff and service!

Haven't had my cat's food in almost 2 months now had to travel to Edgewood to get it.

Online ordering is easy and they had everything available! They offer curbside pickup and same day delivery, an awesome option for someone like me who works 12hr shift

I scheduled an appointment with them for 2/26 and they called and said they needed to reschedule. Which was annoying but fine. I rescheduled for 2/27. The day of the appointment they called saying I would need to reschedule again because they were overbooked. I told them to kick rocks.
