My review has nothing to do with being understaffed, I totally understand everyone is right now. But don’t offer a walk in service and also tell a customer when to come in for a “quick” nail trim if nobody is even available. Absolute waste of my time today.

Price matching.helpful staff.girl today was on point.very helpful and took her time w me showed me how to use the site to redeem my points.only reason I give 4 becuz alot of things out of stock alot.cat food.went for a gate today and only had 2 big ones same make.no other choices but u show alot on line

Prices are so deceiving, so not happy! Spent way more than expected due to their 'Sale' price actually only being a member price. Selection is good. No staff interaction.

Always a good experience. Alicia is always very helpful and the staff are always attentive and ask if they can help you load your car. Been shopping here for years and years.

Prices seemed to cheapest compared to other stores I've been that day and that I've been using online. I couldn't believe the price difference that I was paying online on Amazon for catfood. They had an item I desperately needed cause of an emergency of me finding 5 kittens and I couldn't find bottles, they were fully stocked and cheaper in formula. Plus they had a lot of stuff in general. Anything u could think of that you would need for a cat or dog they had, at least those were the ilses I were in.

Recently got my dogs groomed. Their cuts were pretty awful. One of my dogs had a nick around his buttocks area. My other dog was given what I call a bowl hair cut. Thank goodness it'll grow out eventually. Had a coupon so I tried them out. Saved $30 but it wasn't worth it.

Was looking for specific bag of dog food which your store was the only one that had it in stock and I received a 25% coupon prior in my email, great customer service and got my large bag of dog food at a great price with the coupon. Overall great experience!

I have a Leopard Gecko that was neglected for about a month, and not fed. Just given water. He is about 8 yrs old, bright colors, and had a plump body and fat tail before this. I noticed that he was skinny and was not moving in the tank. I tried giving it crickets that were half knocked out but he wanted no part of them. He was obviously skinny, lethargic and did not move. Definitely starving and dehydrated. I went to your place on Tuesday July 5th and spoke with Alisha (?) about the gecko. She took me to the fridge area and showed me the chart of worms and crickets. She told me that waxworms are the best for me to try because of all the protein and fat they have, and easy for the gecko to pass. She said to try and have him eat that. 10 if possible. I brought home some waxworms and put 10 in a small plate for him. The wiggling worms woke up "MAX" and he went after all 10 and ate them. That dinner made him feel better and he has been up and moving since. I gave him 10 more last night and he is looking so much better now. I have been misting him and the tank with water, spoiling him now. Thank you, Alicia, for taking the time to explain to me how to bring the gecko back to his old self again.

I had a great experience. I needed dog and cat food and the service was simple, informative, fast, and accurate to my needs.

I recommend pet supply plus in Whitehall, Allentown Pennsylvania. I ordered online and everything was ready and perfect. Professional friendly stuff

There a good store it's just that they close way to early on Sundays like 5pm. Ever since the pandemic nothing I mean nothing went back to normal

Love the new order online and pick up when you get there system! The staff is always friendly and very helpful when I go there.

This store has a decent selection for a smaller store, but it loses points for not labeling prices on many of the items. I'm not desperate to get shocked at checkout. That being said, if you need feeder insects for your reptile, they do have them, which you cannot say for most smaller pet stores.

I take my dog here to use the self wash station for $10 +tax

I'm pretty neutral about this place nothing makes it Outstanding but it's not the worst pet store to go to

I said let's go get some pet treats for the puppy and is the puppy and the dude working behind the counter told us where to go right away hearing what I said he was really nice to us He told us exactly where to go And the lady taking care of the birds And this one lady at the store was helping us out with the ferrets she was really nice you have very nice employees this experience was amazing this was also my 1st time there
