Petco, Mechanicsburg PA

The employees are truly kind & very helpful. Store is always very clean & all social distancing/mask requirements are enforced.they even have a table set up with free face masks & hand sanitizer @ the front of the store.

The fish guy was very helpful and informative. He has been helpful before. Most of the staff seem very informed on how to help with pet problems.

They had everything we needed for our brand new kittens. The employees were friendly and the prices were reasonable.

Ordered in the morning and order was ready within 30 minutes. Pick up was easy and person was courteous

Just a very courteous and sweet mannered employee who answered my phone call when I arrived and brought my order out. She needs a raise! They do not come like her very often.

Not only is this store way over priced but they dont take care of their animals. Ferrets need access to water at all times this pore little guy had none. Also there needs to be at least 2 or they get lonely. I will never buy from here again.

Luis takes care of my dog every time she comes to get groomed and I am never disappointed! Thank you Luis for taking care of my baby like shes your own!

I was buying some test strips today and my cashier said the box felt light. She opened it up and someone had stolen the test strips. Thanks to her awareness I saved myself aggravation at the very least! Also.stop stealing test strips folks.grow up.

Cages not kept clean.the stench when you enter the door is overwhelming. Wet dog, stinky guinea pigs, and the bird cages are terrible. I really hate going in there. Wont take my dog in there.

Great experience took my dog herw first time I picked him he looked great they did very excelent job very pleased Ill definitly be visiting here again in the future!

Like this store. Sometimes it hard to find what I need because there is too much stuff. I usually order online and pickup. Staff is always friendly.

Went there early to get the dogs nails clipped & groomed. The process went really quick. They handle my dog with care. I will make a return visit!

Clean, well organized store. Variety of cat items is lacking a bit but as far as other small animals and dogs, they have a wide variety of products.

Friendly staff, clean store, girl did great clipping my dogs nails but I find their prices on items a little on the higher side.

They always have the best guppy selection. Cant never walk out of there without something! Cant wait till they get their next shipment in. Went in today and only had a handful of guppys! I'll be back!: D

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff helped make 2 pet purchases and a soon 3rd is on this Friday.so what are you waiting for get over to Petco ppl your kids will love it!

Took my dog here for the vaccine clinic. Every staff member, from the girls who checked us in, to the vet and vet assistant, were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. They got us in and out within less than an hour and the pricing was very fair. We will never go anywhere else for vaccines from now on!

Why aren't there pictures of the animals that you say are up for adoption? All I see is the store front and toys. Not adopting from you. Shame on you getting people's hopes up.
