Petco, Bethlehem PA

Limited supply of items in store even though the website says they have it in stock.
Didn't have the pumpkin puree or canned puppy food I was looking for.
Limited items for small animals as well.

Took my 4 month old Havapoo for his first Cut and Grooming at the Easton Ave, Bethlehem, PA Petco. Jillian M was our salon stylist. I think she did a phenomenal job on my little guy, Bentley. She and another stylist listened very carefully to how I wanted Bentley cut. Jillian was great with the length of hair and the squared off ears. Love his new look. He's black tie ready!

I love pet co grooming! Great job not a fortune. They are thorough and they get it done quickly and very friendly.

Seriously, if you need to go to Petco, go out of your way to hit this one up. I've been going for 15 years, from buying rats for my old snake to buying weird creatures to buying fish that have lived for nearly a decade and counting.

I am so grateful and thankful for Petco and their same day delivery service. My dog is very sick and needed something from them immediately all shipping options were too long of a wait, and I couldn't leave him alone as he's in very bad condition. I actually was able to get this calorie and vitamin gel supplement which I can place in a syringe and nourish him being he refuses to eat. No other store or chain offers this without signing up to another service. I am beyond impressed and thankful for Petco. Hopefully my fur baby overcomes this battle, and we can continue to shop at your facility. I would give 10 stars if possible. Thank you!

Never get your dog groomed here. Took four hours and they still were not halfway done. Mind you we have a small dog. No call or anything. He came out scared. Took him home and did it myself. Still had to pay for the service.

Out of allot of stuff. Slim pickings. Beside that. Kinda a weird experience today. Don't even know how to explain. But I'll find somewhere else to go now

Went to get dog food for my pup. I wish they had more of a selection of science diet puppy food.

I visit the Bethlehem site a few times a week and I always get great service from one young man his name is Jason he go far and beyond for everyone I believe this young man should be rewarded with a higher position his knowledge is outstanding and he’s not rude like some of the managers that work at the location.

The groomer left my puppy looking really bad and didnot do what was told and cut my puppys' head short when i asked to leave it long because i put bows on her head now i cant.i showed the groomer what i wanted with picture and sh didnt do it! WONT BE TAKING HER THERE AGAIN, COSTOMER BE AWARE!

Great place to shop for the start of my vivarium. Got almost everything i needed. Even talked to a person who has knowledge on aquatics and saw how caring he was with the fish. Wish i would have caught his name. It was great talking to him. Talking to someone with the same interest in aquatics and reptiles and in animals in general since im in college to get my certification for animal medicine. Even got a few tips on my mystery snails and they are definitely happy snails now. Thanks alot it was great talking to you. Definitely worth going staff were friendly and caring.

My dogs are 10 and 5 years old. They both have been groomed since they were puppies. Petco has provided us with the best experience we’ve ever had with a grooming service. They are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and do an exceptional job! I’d recommend them again and again!

Staff is great but the store is very small and supplies are limited if there at all. Given the circumstances today that isn't necessarily a negative. I will definitely go back and see if my needs can be found at another time

I scheduled a grooming for my dog at the Bethlehem Petco. They were still working on a few dogs and running real late but instead of telling me to wait outside they took my poor cockapoo and caged him between to large and aggressive dogs. So when the Groomer came for him he was terrified and snapped at her. This is just his way of protecting himself and not going to bite. So after 3 hours I got a call to come get him as he was not cooperating. I arrived a few minutes later and was led to the cage room where I saw him curled up in the corner of his cage between these two huge dogs. The one dog lunged at me when I approached. I knew why my pup was defensive as I was scared myself even though I know the large dog was in a cage. Very poor customer service and I’m never going back there.

Can always count on Julia to make sure Maggie looks and smells great and has her nails trimmed nicely. Nice to know I can trust her with my dog.

They always have the cat food and litter I need, but I have noticed the cost has gone up. They could either clean up the floor or put in a new one. It was pretty dirty.
