Got my daughters chinchilla, the lady was amazing at giving advice and suggestions for our new family member.

Picked up my sister’s order and the clerk was terrible. Nastiest clerk we ever dealt with. Pet Smart from now on.

This is my go to store for pet needs. Don't waste your time with the High Point Blvd store. Even though that store is 5 minutes from my house, I travel the extra distance to Jonestown rd. The staff member in aquatics was a huge help. She was very polite and professional and cared about her work. Can't say the same about the HPB store.

Petco groomers did a great job of caring for and grooming my 2 senior golden retrievers. One has bad inflammation and arthritis in her back legs. They offered me a solution to make sure she didn't have to be there for more than 2 hours. I am very happy with the care, compassion & professionalism both the groomers had for my dogs. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The services were more expensive than I've paid to other local groomers but the care and treatment were 1000 times better than what they've experienced with other groomers too.

Funny place I like go here to see animals. But I always feel sad in find they are in the cage

My wife and I went into Petco today to buy a Christmas toy for our granddog. Had a great time and our granddog did as well.

I don't like this store. Staff very nonchalant about offering assistance. I always dread going, and only go when I absolutely have to.

Great selection at the Lower Paxton Township store and the employees are over the top helpful. They let Roxy try on her new raincoat before purchasing. She is styling and profiling!

I needed a specific bird, that no one else had locally. They had what I needed and made a reasonable offer for the 2 birds that I ended up purchasing. Both the clerk and manager were understanding of my situation, loss. There was no hard sell, having listened and knew I had what I needed for the two birds. I will shop at Petco again.

Went in to buy a new set up for my false Mississippi map turtle and was highly confused and lost. Was helped by a employee named Amanda, she was possibly the best employee I've ever encountered! She helped me with everything, she even showed me her set up for her water turtles to help! I literally couldn't not have done it without her! She is absolutely amazing! I hope they give her a raise and a promotion! She definitely deserves it! Will deserves go back for any other needs

Very pleasant experience with the girl in the fish department she took the time I know I was asking alot of questions but she never got an upset always had a smile

If I could put negative stars I would since they want to hire condescending, judgemental terrible people to represent their company. I will avoid this place at all costs moving forward.

Took my little man in there for a nail trim that we can't do, my vet can't do nor anyone else and two young ladies did a wonderful job!

We took our Golden here for a grooming by Anthony and he did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable and kind, and our pup really seemed to be at ease with him. We will definitely be taking him back to see Anthony again!
