Jess is a great groomer! She does a wonderful job working with our dog Hans, a fairly large Bernedoodle. Currently he is eight months old and approximately 90lbs. During his first grooming at 5 mos.old he barked for four straight hours and still came out looking and more importantly smelling great. This was his second grooming at eight months. She eased the dog and gave him attention when we made our appointment at the store. He did a bit better this time, though he remains somewhat vocal, and again came out looking and smelling great. Jess does a great job. You can tell she takes pride in her work and really cares about her clients.

Went in to view reptile cages. Was there bout an hour looking comparing and zero help from employees while making my decision. THEN when it was time to wheel out my $240 purchase I got zero help from any employee to get it in my car. It was extremely awkward shaped box and very heavy. Other then service my purchase was perfect.

Went inside for vecto but workers were helpful and friendly as soon as I entered in. Greeting me and directing me in the right direction. The vecto was great, they handled the

Stopped to buy 2 goldfish for my grandkids
They refused to sell them to me saying my Tank was too small "you can not have them"
Apparently gold fish have human rights now and they are the policing authority

Friendly staff. We got a few goldfish and some cat meds. So far. No problems. I would go back again.

This is our number 1 to go place to go for all our pets needs. Being rewards members saves some $$$ when we need it. Wish they would do cat grooming.customer service is good.staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Wherever you go, PETCO will service your pets to your satisfaction. That has been my experience. It will be yours as well.

I'm giving this rate, due to the fact my dog had issue the store awhile back and because of it I no longer can get her groomed their and can no longer do business with this company since they banned my dog from getting groomed at any petco and that is very disappointed and racist to my dog

Always very helpful staff!
Added a vet office, but that took away some store space. The variety of items offered isn't as varied as it was because they don't have as much shelf space.

Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Amanda is awesome with the grooming. I can see that they care about the animals.

I love how helpful the staff is, particularly the manager. She provided myself and my wife with information on the food we were looking to purchase and their programs at the store. The selection has everything you need and I really like the store makeover. Will certainly be back.

They always have someone available to help. Getting crickets here is always a spendy process.

Don't have many larger dog crates and employees didn't know if they have anything larger.

If I could give less I would, I’ve gotten several animals from here many different types of fish, and even a hamster and ALL of them have died within a week, I’ve gotten pets from other petcos at the same time and they are still living. This percolate does not take care of there animals, they are all sick! Waste of time and money to go to this one if your looking to have your pet longer then a week.
