Stephanie was absolutely amazing with our dog Lena! She stayed over just to explain grooming experience with Lena and cost saving coupons ect. Lena 's fur felt like silk afterwards! Everyone caring and professional!

Was in here for about 15-20 mins, not one worker asked if we needed any help. Was looking to buy some fish, every fish we wanted was under observation and was not for sale. Just wasn’t a good experience at all. Go somewhere else.

Website booking is horrible. Book an appointment and took a day off. Confirmed Appointment. Only to get to the waterworks location and find out the groomers was closed.their groomers are in training. Manager was super nice and it was clear it was beyond her control. I book another appointment in Gibsonia, which is an additional 20 minutes. Groomers were nice, but was charge $30 dollars more the normal. I didn't say anything thinking it was an user error on my part. But i found that the system change my size of dog to XL.my dog history has alway been a large breed.olde english bulldog. I have always paid the same price. I understand things go up, but from $50 to $80.for a bath and nail buff. Its not worth the hassle.

"We do NOT permit leash-to-leash in THIS store. " The eavesdropping Petco employee chastised me for asking another pet owner if her dog wanted to meet.

She probably meant "nose-to-nose" but many pet owners come to a pet store to both pick up supplies and give our pets a chance to socialize.

I was not greeted nor offered assistance by any employee at any time in the store.

Afterwards at the Home Depot across the street my dog was greeted by 5 staff, given treats by 3, and was invited to meet another dog (nose-to-nose).

My experience at Petco was exquisite. The workers there are fantastic and they help out with all my pet needs. I recently purchased Honest Kitchen for my kitten and he loved it. I will absolutely be back and purchase more for him. (P. S.the experience was intriguing for me and the employees are amazing!)

Had a pleasant experience at this store. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and assisted me throughout my entire purchasing experience. The only minor inconvenience I experienced was the lack of two separate products being in stock that I was looking for, otherwise it would have been a true 5 star experience!

Closing at 6: 00 is ridiculous. Drove 40 minutes to get there, because it was the closest place that had what I needed in stock, only to find out they closed 15 minutes before I got there. Had to drive another 25 minutes to the next closest store. One of only two stories in my area that close at 6. So dumb.

I've come a few times in the last month around 4pm and the store was closed. Online and on a paper on the door the closing time is 6pm, if y'all close that early you need to change your hours. I've tried getting ahold of someone as well to see what the correct hours are but have never made it off of hold.

Great service! Even though I entered the store close to closing time, both store associates were extremely helpful. She walked with me directly to the pet food I desired. The check out was efficient and quick. He even re-registered me for Pals rewards.

Petco stores are always top notch. Clean, well-stocked, and professional and friendly employees. I always find what I need or a very suitable replacement. And I also usually end up leaving with a couple things I didn't need. Great shopping experience.

I had a grooming appointment for my dog booked for over a month, but the morning of the appt, my 2 year old son woke up sick so we were running a little behind. I received a text that if we were more than 15 minutes late, they would cancel the appointment. I replied that we would be 18 minutes late because my son was sick, but they didn't respond. We got there 17 minutes late, and as I was getting out of my car, I saw the groomer quickly run out of the door, get in her car, and drive away. I then we received a text that my dog's appointment was cancelled.

They seem to have zero regard for their customers, so I would caution people to find somewhere else instead. There's a reason most groomers besides Petco are booked out so far.

Not well-stocked, aisles are always messy, and staff is rude and unhelpful. I’ve been to this location three times recently because it’s close to home, but at this point I’ll drive further out to another pet store to ensure that I can pick up what I need and won’t have to deal with lazy employees.

This Petco location had the products that I needed in stock on the shelves. The prices in the store were significantly higher than what they were on Petco’s website, but I appreciate that I was able to buy what I needed. I would recommend opening another checkout line when the line of customers is long.

Found alot of cat foods that I haven't found elsewhere. Received discount for joining. Employee very pleasant and helpful. Store clean and organized.

Absolutely amazing everyone was awesome and my dog loved it there! We will be back for sure! Everyone was so helpful and happy!

If I could go zero stars, I would. Arrived for my dogs grooming appt this morning to be told that they couldn’t groom Gus today. The Petco employee said they tried to call me. I showed her my phone, with no missed calls and no voicemails from her store. She said, maybe they called the wrong number. I told her the only communication I had, was a confirmation text message that confirmed the appt. Unprofessional and rude. A complete disregard for people’s time.
