Visited today to purchase a betta, took one labeled as a male who it turned out later is obviously a female. No doubt I was overcharged on this basis, because females are always priced lower than males. It would be a plus if greater rigor in identification by sex could be exercised. Her egg duct is quite obvious outside of the plastic cup she was housed on for display, the inside of which is oddly roughened, hindering visibility.

If it wasn't bad enough that the quality of Imagitarium (Petco store brand) silk aquarium plants is abysmally bad, with the majority of them having stems stuck into their resin bases at an angle well short of 90 degrees, on this visit no plants of the correct height for a Tetra 3-gallon cube were available for me to buy at all. I cannot order them from the website because those sent to me are invariably of unacceptably low quality. The manufacturer and Petco make no apparent attempt at quality control, so I absolutely must buy from the store to find a bare few which are usable, and I cannot buy any at all if none is in stock.

If you’re in the market for fish or aquatic life, ask for Jordan! My boyfriend and I recently bought a betta & more, and both times Jordan has been insanely helpful. They have listened to us, educated us, and helped point us in the right direction. I have never been more satisfied leaving a pet store, and it’s a relieving feeling knowing that we can go and speak to someone who genuinely knows what they’re talking about and will help us give our animals the best life they deserve. We greatly thank them for their time & hard work.

Prices were a quite a bit higher for the same products that we buy but a beautiful store, friendly associates, very clean!

Nice selection of Betta fish and aquarium equipment.couldn't tell ya much about any other department but overall cleanliness was good.

If you are a college student or younger, do not work here. They will not give you the hours you want, nor will they honor your school schedule. I had a discussion with the district general manager about my cuts in hours and scheduling issues after I resigned, and was told "it's just business. " The higher ups only care about their money, with little opportunity for it's employees

I would recommend shopping at this store as it is well maintained and animals are taken care of, but not a great place to work for folks with lives outside of Petco.

Store was clean and employees nice. We were getting a new tag for our dog. The machine to engrave the tag made everything super easy.

This is where we take our boys Sonny a Bichon and Sammy a Shih Tzu to get groomed. They take great care and do an excellent job with their cuts.

Excellent selection. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Environmentally conscious so bring your own reusable bag.

Store is over stocked, dark making it difficult to get around and see items. Prices are higher than most stores and rarely can find a staff member.

Zero customer service and over priced junk with the same quality you would get from your local Walmart

Whenever I’m in town and my dog needs his nails trimmed and buffed I go here. They always do a great job and are friendly, and my dog likes them too! Only thing that kind of is a bummer is their prices keep seem to going up.

Purchased a raised dog feeder for my dog for Easter and found out he is afraid of the metal bowls. Manager wouldn’t refund or give store credit because I was a fews days over 30 day return. So sad, I would have gladly purchased other items for my pet, but now I will be shopping elsewhere
