Petco Animal Supplies, Philadelphia PA

I come here every month to buy food for My Turtle Wilfred, he really loves the Gourmet Brant Aquatic Turtle Food. He can't seem to get enough of it. Staff is always super friendly, helpful & respectful. Never overcrowded, you're in & out in a matter of minutes.

By far my favorite Petco to visit!

The store was in all kinds of disarray with inventory everywhere in files not sure if they were restocking or relocating everything in the store other than that it was a fine experience

My favorite reason is an associate named Sherman at the NE store here in Philadelphia. He is not just extremely smart about aquatics, but also a huge advocate of giving time and patience to anyone with questions about any pet. GIVE HIM A RAISE!

Waited about 5min for someone to come up front. Had coupon for free 1lb treats from treat bar which was empty. Employee showed me where they were but only weighed out. 78lb.

Always do a great job grooming our caliegh is fourteen so I worry about dropping her off but she always comes out happy never upset.they usually have her done in about 2 hours I Appreciate how they Accommodate us.

Good place to get your pet items. I can buy dog toys anywhere but I come here for their selection of harnesses and specific items like muzzles.

The tall black male cashier does not say good afternoon, hello, nothing and that's it! He was more aware of his instagram and his whatsapp! I'm not coming back! Terrible!

NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR GROOMING!
Regularly scheduled groom. Drop off my pup. 25 mins later received a call from a manager who casually told me my pup was being taken to the Vet/ER.
When asked why? "I'm not at liberty to say, It's our protocol not to say".

6 hours later I'm picking my pup up from the ER after surgery!

Needs more of a variety for cats needs. Deworming Etc Instead of being forced to go to the website. When you really don't have the time to wait for a product.

New clerk needed addition training on product and seemed reluctant to ask someone else for help.

Tried to exchange a product i had purchased for a smaller size without the receipt and was told they wouldn't exchange anything without a receipt. Will not be returning here

Items I needed were available. Seems like some items are in a different spot every time I go to that store.
