1 10 years ago YOUR contractor did a root canal through a beautiful new crown done in office.
Your front desk staff failed to make the appointment necessary to finish the work, even when I asked about it.
Within 3 months the crown broke and I was informed by a dentist that the surface had not been finished following the root canal procedure and it was left in a semi soft state.
My insurance at the time wouldn’t cover fixing it as you denied responsibility.
It is now deteriorating each time I floss or brush and probably when I eat.
Is this safe for me to be eating the dissolving crown?
My option at this time is removal or to continue letting it fall apart until it’s gone as I have no insurance or the budget to repair.
It is still my opinion, though you denied it then, that your office is absolutely responsible as you hired the man to do the work- I didn't bring him there.
