First time using this service, and grateful they are open! Keep in mind that it's a fully automated service and you won't be disappointed.

While in the car wash, the wiper blades flew off.one was damaged and the other was lost. They claimed no responsibility because the disclaimer was listed to turn off your automatic windshield wipers. However, there was no line and I was motioned in with no time to see the disclaimer. No satisfaction was given or reimbursement for the replacement. In addition, my Lexus windshield was scraped on both sides due to the scratches from the wipers without the blades. This is no way to respond to damage done in their car wash. I will never be back

Pete’s car wash is a favorite place for my family, the kids love going to get the bubblecano! It’s colorful and washes the car great! The vacuums are free which is a big help with the kiddos always eating in my car. In a super convenient location too!

The best car wash around. I have had the membership for a few years now and there has never been a problem cancelling it on my one car, or upgrading the washes. The staff here is the best around. The guys are so friendly and helpful, use this wash all the time and never any damage to my car. Great car wash and always open, this is definitley the car wash you wanna buy.

Like so many other reviews for Pete's Car Wash, I was deceptively signed up for a monthly $32 wash without knowing it. I only used this car wash once around the holidays. They told me they had a holiday deal and for $10 more I could wash my car as much as I wanted in the next 30 days. I had no idea I was signing up for a monthly plan. When I received my credit card statement and there was a $31.79 charge on for January, I called and spoke to someone at Pete's. He told me he would cancel the monthly plan. However they continue to charge me; February and March. You CANNOT get out of the monthly plan. My credit card company wants me to cancel my card and get a new number. What a huge hassle for me, but that's what has to be done so I don't continue to be charged from Pete's. The worst part is, the wash wasn't that great. BEWARE if you use them.

I stop here every time I drive by for a quick vacuum and wash. The free vacuums are also appreciated. I purchased the monthly plan so I have unlimited washes each month. Just pull up and the sensor activates and allows me in. The tire shine makes my tires look like new. I don’t care now if it rains because I’ll just stop by again when I’m out and about. Does the job well for my Mini Cooper. Very pleased with their services.

This car wash is convenient but has gone down in favor with me. They used to have more detail, guys wiping and cleaning off the water, shining tires etc after the car wash. Now I leave there and have to come home and clean my car. All the dirt doesn't come off and water marks are left. I go to the spa wash in Berwyn Pa.now. Its out of my way but better service. Go back to the way you were PETE!

READ THIS! For $15 you will get the very best automated car wash. For $3 you will clean the salt off of your car. So many reviews wanting more from an AUTOMATED car wash. If you want DETAIL quality, go get your car detailed. This car wash is amazing for the price and I frequent it to keep my car clean. Plus you cant beat 100% free vacuums. I'm sold. Pete's car wash is a total ripoff. Paid for the $13 all frills wash and the whole backside of the car remained dirty. To make the situation worse there was a hold up in the wash and my vehicle only received what they claimed was half the wash so now I had to run through again. I kindly asked the manager to refund me since I now had to spend more time driving through the wash again. There was no consideration of a refund he simply thought it was no problem that I had to run through the wash again and clearly has a lack of respect for other people's time. I guess they need the $13 more than bad reviews. Will definitely NOT be returning.

My tire valve was ripped off my car in the wash and the site manager Jesse went above and beyond to accommodate me and help resolve the issue. Great team here and would highly recommend!

Always a great wash, but the price is high. Great seating area with trinkets/cards to purchase.

This is a wonderful place where employees love their job and it shows. The staff is friendly and my car was very clean. They even clean all the baby food in the car seat. Wonderful place!

The wash did not take off the major dirt/bird poop that was on my car, and the drying process tore off my front Toyota logo.
I went home and wiped down my car myself but I haven't been able to get back my logo yet. Will not be returning here.

UPDATE: CHECK YOUR CARD STATEMENT, I WAS CHARGED $13 FOR THEIR $3 WASH

Most expensive car wash I have ever been to, $27.99 for their full service wash and they did not even apply tire dressing. There were a lot of spots that were not cleaned inside the car also.

Being from Los Angeles I usually pay $14.99 and the car looks like it has been detailed when its done, they even apply tire dressing:)

Won't be coming back.

The facility has been remodeled to facilitate a more automated process. The brushed wash is ineffective, leaving bugs and road film. The vacuums are free but nobody cleans the interior windows or wipes down the upholstery. I will be taking my car elsewhere for cleaning.

Arrogant, unresponsive management.
Doesn't clean wheels well, recommend you go elsewhere

This location has a very friendly staff and management. The staff is eager to help with any questions or concerns you have. The car wash itself is the best around, my car always comes out perfect! Their free, self-serve vacuums are very strong and thoughtfully designed. I spent the extra few dollars to pay for the wheel cleaning and my wheels came out awesome! Highly recommend.

Paid $15 for exterior wash, the machine did a poor job, no human came to wipe off the water after wash. My car still has dirt on it. Not worth the money.

We took two cars on Sunday July 30. Have not been there since the system was redesigned. For 15$ we received a very mediocre exterior wash. They no longer clean inside of car or even the windows. Nor do they hand dry the car. Also, the wheels were almost a dirty as they were before the wash. Spent the afternoon cleaning the cars at home. Never again.

Good price for a speedy car wash. And free vacuums! The vacuums are self-serve but very well designed.
