They got bogo one ubereats with pizza I put my order it comes to 18 b4 taxes as soon u check out they up to 27 and this still before taxes it supposed to be bogo they cap

24th fairmount got racist ppl working the driver called me the n word, I call to get the matter cleaned up a lady try to defend him, they hate black ppl trust me…

1st time visiting customer service was good and my food. I order a cheesesteak with extra cheese it's so thick I will have left overs for days lol I don't mind

The staff was rude when we were ordering. The older lady taking our order answered multiple calls while we were in the middle of ordering at the register. After she hung up, she would rush us through the order. She took another call and we waited until she was done to be given the option to pay. Gave us take-out option even though she did not ask us if we wanted to dine in/take out, and then gave us attitude when we asked for another set of utensils. She blamed us for sitting down despite giving us the take-out option. Food was okay but absolutely does not compare to the restaurants nearby. The dining area was small and somewhat dirty.

Very mediocre experience. Place is dirty, bathrooms are all crooked. Philly steak was not that good, largely due to using ground beef instead of sliced steak. Paid $14 for it. Very meh.

The staff were very friendly. We received our food quickly. It was delicious! We had Philly cheese steak.

3.5 stars. Pizza has great potential, however, the execution has been inconsistent. The first time I ordered the pie reminded me of old school pizza hut. Fluffy, crispy pan pizza. They forgot a topping, but the pizza was solid.
The second time was mediocre. Crust wasn't risen, soggy bottom, and they forgot a topping.again.
Third time I was hoping for better results only to be underwhelmed. Toppings were strewn, soggy bottom, flat crust.
The fourth time I asked for FRESH jalapeños for one of the toppings. I asked if the peppers were fresh or canned. The operator said they were "fresh. " Upon receiving the pie, the crust was again flat, soggy, and the jalapeños were CANNED/PICKLED.
I will say though, reheating the pizza corrected the sogginess, but overall the execution was inconsistent. Much potential though!

So the low stars on service was only bc I went there an hour before the Superbowl. I'm coming back again and I know that rating will change.

Otherwise I was extremely happy with my pepperoni and ground sausage pie - I regret ordering a small - should've gone larger bc it tasted so good.

The crust was thin but not crispy enough for my taste. Easily rectified as well - definitely coming back for round two then we have to compare to Luigi's next. Thanks guys!

The food is delicious. The employees are nice and the restaurant is well kept. I’d refer this to many people. The pizza is amazing but the Buffalo chicken Stromboli is to die for! But overall such a great restaurant.

We ordered a cheese steak Pizza for lunch and it was delicious, we asked for fried onions on it and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The crust was fantastic.

The first thing that comes to my mind is how they have remained open for so many years. Do people think this is quality pizza?

I ordered the Margarita pizza, and I have had generic frozen pizzas that looked and tasted better. Cardboard comes to mind, and no, I’m not referring to the box it arrived in. They say you eat with your eyes, and I wish that’s where I stopped. It looked pathetic and tasted worse. My wife and I couldn’t even stomach a full slice. The jokes were on me as they charged $21 for a 14-inch pie. The ingredients could not have cost more than $0.85. A clear winner for them.

I’m so glad I didn’t put our eggs in one basket. I decided to add a cheesesteak, wings, and an order of cheesesteak egg rolls. I’m sure glad I did, or we would not have had dinner.

The cheese steak egg rolls were prob the best of the lot. Flavorful with the Sriracha ketchup dipping sauce and a nice crust. Some may say a little too thick of an egg roll, but it was right on point for me.

The wings were decent, even if 2 of the 6 had broken bones. Not a good sign of the freshest ingredients, and at close to $2, a wing was expecting more.

The cheesesteak was a good Philly cheese steak. A decent amount of meat, provolone, friend onions and I added shrooms.

All in all a 5/10 to me. Will I order again, most likely not. There are too many quality pizza joints and wings/cheesesteak places in this city.

Someone must like this place as they have multiple spots and to each their own.

Great cheese steak. The fries are delicious and very tasty. Even an hour later the fries were good.

Terrible customer service. I called to let them know that the hoagie I received could not be eaten like a hoagie due to manner in which bread was cut, looks like piece of roll is missing. Person on the phone sounded annoyed and abruptly interrupted my description to ask "ok what would you like? " Annoyed by her annoyance, I let her know that I only wanted to informed them what happened, so that they would be aware that something like this is improper to serve customers.
Sandwich is a mess and can't be enjoyed due to trying to hold pieces of bread together and mayonnaise oozing everywhere. Who should have an attitude?

Excellent service by Allison. The pizza was amazing and they even have anchovies which I love.
I will go back whenever I visit Philadelphia again.
Highly recommended!
