Pete's Pizza, Philadelphia PA

I used to love ordering food from Pete's. The quality has gone way down. Order a cheese steak, barely no steak on a sesame seed roll. If I wasn't already home I would have returned it. Never ever have I received a sesame seed roll from them before. Sorry I've given them chance after chance since 2020. I will not be ordering from them anymore. The whole atmosphere stinks there.

Order delivery at 1: 30 it was delivered around 2: 15, not a problem. Lady on the phone was nice. Food was good.

The service there is AWFUL, no professionalism at all! The worker's there are young and very rude. After calling several times before-hand to inquire about my order, they simply stop answering my calls. It took them hours to deliver my food, and the food was cold! I was so disappointed and to make matters worse the delivery guy didn't even attempt to get out of the car to hand me my order! I literally had to throw on some shoes and quickly walk to the car door as he passed me my order. The most laziest mess ever! It was truly unbelievable, combined with a bad experience, and an unforgettable moment! Their food might be good, but there are other places with good food too and way better service! Pete's Pizza at this location definitely needs to do better!

The Philly cheesesteak pizza never disappoints.

This pizza has cheese wiz sauce as a replacement for the red traditional pizza sauce. I absolutely love it. I don’t get to stop by here often but I was able to stop in last week & the pizza was just as I remembered it!

If you are hungry and need something quick, this is usually my go to place for pizza. I usually get pepperoni with a 2-liter soda and French fries. Kids love it.

Do not be deceived by the bathroom needing a quick restock or the floor looking trafficked. Its because they always seem busy, the service here is really nice, and the Pete's Cheesesteak is amazing.

I contacted SLICE customer service a total of 4 times, in this order. 2 chat, a phone call, then again through chat.

First my order was way late, that was the 2 chats, where I was asked to be patient, the restaurant was busy blah blah, it should be 5 to 10 minutes. After that additional 20 minutes, I called them. I actually spoke to a person briefly and then was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. While on hold, "an" order arrived. I ordered 5 items.tuna hoagie, bacon cheeseburger, 3 chicken wings, banana pudding and a 2 liter Pepsi. I received a COLD double cheeseburger, pineapple cheese cake and a 2 liter Sprite. The chicken wings were way too salty. I requested a refund and was told they will update me through email. I haven't received the update yet.

I love everything about this place. I go to all of them and love everything about them, especially there gravey steak and there buffalo wings. Oh and there Extra Cheese Pizza.is my favorite!

Nasty food. My mozzarella sticks looked and tasted like they were microwaved. They had no crisp and were very very light in color. Pizza was dark, hard, and cold. Stopped eating here years ago and decided to see if they could get it right. Never again.

HORRIBLE! I don’t understand how hard is to prepare basic food, this was my 3rd and final order from them with fries and each time the fries are soggy! But what really did it for me was this nasty soup like Mega Fries, let me start with that I have culinary background and canned cheese sauce is NOT Cheddar but the fact that you guys added an abundant amount of this horribly flavored substitute is CRAZY SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE YOUR TAKING MONEY OF THE MOSTLY BLACK COMMUNITY

It used to be one of the best tasting pizza in southwest Philly but NOW, THE SAUCE IS HORRIBLE! NO TASTE WHATSOEVER! UGH!

If you picking up your food they are fast and on point but if you are getting food delivered they are slow

I ordered two cheesesteaks and cheese fries the cheesesteaks was packed with mayo the meat was uncooked close to frozen and the fries was freezer burnt I will never order from this place again called the manager to let them know and they was super rude.

My first order came to me in like 25 minutes but it came wrong. I asked them can they bring me the right order and they said ok. Took them an hour and a half to bring it by then I wasn’t hungry anymore. I just wanted a refund. They said they’ll give me the refund soon as I return that nasty and wrong pizza they sent. They finally come picks it up and they still didn’t issue me a refund. I had to call the next day to find out why I didn’t get a refund come to find out it was never issued. They messed up and didn’t even try to accommodate me. Service was just horrible right along with that buffalo chicken that I didn’t order.

I ordered my food at 10pm.it’s now 11: 21 and my house is 5 mini away from the store is there any reason why I’m waiting an hour and almost 30 minutes for a delivery? Chilling faster then Pete’s with delivery and they are the farthest

This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life of ordering food. Believe the reviews and don’t ever order from here again. I’ve been waiting for 2 and a half hours for my food that I already paid for over the phone. I’ve called 10 times. I never received my food at all!
