The personal pan pizza was really delicious. The taste of the cheese fries were good, but next time I’ll make sure to ask them to fry my fries harder. They were to soft for me. I will order again.

I love Petes mini pizza. I feel like they should make the mini pizza a specialty. I’ve never ordered any pizza larger than a small. I’ve had their cheese steak years ago, but from the one on Haverford ave. That cheese steak was delicious.

But the mini pizza is very consistent in taste. It doesn’t matter, of the location. If it’s under that same owner, that mini pizza will slap every time.

I ordered 2 cheese steak hoagies with fried onions. 1 with Xtra cheese and 1 with sweet peppers both with pickles. What we got was No cheese, no pickles, about 3 peppers on the one.
Everything was cold. Heard nothing but good things about this place but I was very disappointed.

Ordered a Deluxe Cheeseburger and a Seafood Combo, spent over $20 and the quality of food is middle school level.fries where not cooked all the way through. Not worth the $$, will never eat there again.

I spend $41.99 on a fam special and the only thing that was good was the wings and soda.am sorry but that's not sauce on your pizza it's tomato paste and if u gotta stab wit a fork the pizza all over then u'll dough it's old and using cheap substitution. Y'all pizza are nast I think they send me a reheated pizza cause the cheese was so hard.my first and last time ordering from this joint

When I first moved around torsdale I heard about Pete's there cheese steaks was truth I don't know what happened the last two was horrible no meat just Mayo and ketchup that's all you taste.

Use to like the food there but now just take your money and f the food. Service is starting to suckwaited half an hour for a stromboli and end up with a pizza

It was very good and the girl working the counter was very nice and even told me my food was almost done

I went to pickup my order. Walked in, said my reason politely, the window person checked the tag on a bag, the other worker in front of me gestured at that bag, meaning it’s my order, so I went up to reach for it. Suddenly the window person inside got so mad and offended, yelled “no! It’s not for you! ” so I immediately jumped back and could not dare to say a word. The face he made really scared and offended me. As if I was gonna steal their food w a gun. But I already paid online. I could not say a word or ask about my order so I just waited quietly. I’ve never been treated so rudely. I feel so offended truly. I would think about this as I drive back and eat the food. At this point, no matter how great the food taste, it doesn’t mean anything.

Called for a delivery and placed an order and then never received my food instead of saying we're closing in an hour they said it would e delivered in 45 minutes.sad to say never got my food and this is my 4th Saturday in a row. Horrible service.

Nasty food chicken is hard burn and fries also burn too spensive cause the food is not worth it I rather go to Bentoulis and I from a block away I rather drive and buy some where alse

The food is great, but there delivery guy is not.
My food was cold, and he sat outside for 8 mins with my food, like wat?
Then because the cashier guy didn't get my order right the first time, I had to pay another delivery fee for my pizza that the delivery guy dn near dropped giving it to mecause he was mad.
I should have hot food I'm paying for my food I should have it hot.
I dont appreciate how I was treated.

The worst pizza store in Philadelphia. So they make us wait a hour and a half to call and say I can’t find your address. Than hang up and. No answer I ordered at 10: 50 and they closed now.

Customer service is however chicken fingers were burnt and hard fried are as well I paid $13.00 for French fries you can say. Very disappointed.

I wasn’t going soon but I repeated my order over four times to the guy my order still came wrong on top of that I tried calling back for the past 25 minutes no answer very unprofessional and rude food is bad. To be specific I asked sauce on the side with no peppers inside my whole order is completely wrong again #Petes

Terrible overcooked food, missing items I ordered, and horrible customer service. Definitely skip these people if you can your stomach will thank you.

Pizza was amazing! My drink came cold which I highly appreciated. Cheesesteaks! Really delicious! I recommend Pete’s Pizza!

You guys gotta do better with the wings they were terrible texture was like they were just boiled very bland & little sauce
